What flag signal in formula one races indicates danger ahead?
Its yellow flag either it would be waved with 1 or doubled. If it's one yellow flag, it indicates danger ahead, such as debris from a crash. Drivers must slow down as they pass; no overtaking is permitted, unless it is unavoidable such as a driver retiring in the section, or a driver is lapped. Double waved yellows at the same post indicates great danger ahead. Drivers must slow down and be prepared to stop; no overtaking is permitted unless a driver is lapped.

What if the average speed of a formula 1 car?
This depends on whether the car has been set up for a track or for experimental purposes.
Monza is currently the fastest F1 track on the calendar. After Parabolica, a long 180 degree turn where most of the downforce is needed, cars speed up to about 355kph, which is about 220mph.
In terms of speed on a straight line, I dare not say how fast an F1 car goes because I believe it hasn't been tested with the current F1 V8 engines. I believe there was a team (Honda V10 at the Bonneville Salt Flats?) who tried to beat 400kph, and as I recall didn't succeed.
I recently saw an episode of Top Gear, with James May explaining that Bugatti asked the former Sauber F1 team in Switzerland if they could use their wind tunnel to simulate aerodynamics on the Veyron at 400kph, but Sauber had to disappoint Bugatti because their wind tunnel doens't go up to that speed. So, kind of unexplained territory!
Top Gear also set the indoor Formula 1 speed record. A 2006 Toyota F1 V10 did 81mph. It couldn't deliver its power to the wheels properly because the indoor surface was far too slippery.
I reckon that under ideal circumstances and without major changes to bodywork or engine a 2008 Formula 1 car could go up to 370km/h. I'm not sure how the 2009 cars would perform.

What fuel is required for f1 cars?
Surprisingly it's closed to the ordinary commercial petrol available but with a tightly controlled mix.
It was not always so. Early Grand Prix cars ran on a fierce mixture of powerful chemicals and additives, often featuring large quantities of benzene, alcohol and aviation fuel. Indeed some early fuels were so potent that the car's engine had to be disassembled and washed in ordinary petrol at the end of the race to prevent the mixture from corroding it!
Yes its really good. I got it this morning and its easily the best F1 game i have ever played.

How are teams chosen for the Formula 1?
They are not chosen, if someone wants to create a team, needs to have a minimum budget established, talk with FIA and Bernie Ecclestone, needs to have their own plant and for new regulations to build their own chassis and for the engine, they can choose from hire another team as their suppliers or build their own. It is a really though and complicated proccess in terms of money and regulations. If they succeed and are accepted, they will receive money each race from F1 organizers, not a considerable amount for the money they really need to be in constant development.
If your question was referred to the team drivers. They are chosen by team managers, and normally for drivers who have succeed in minor categories with excellent results or political issues as an example some Japanese drivers who are there because of Toyota or Honda.

Do you need 1mm tire tread on whole tire or part?
1 mm on whole tire. If any part of tread is less then it should be replaced.
Race cars use tires with no grooves (or 'Slicks') as they provide the most surface area contact with the road which provides the most grip. More grip = more stability.
The slicks are only used when the track is dry enough as they will not clear away water, they are more likely to lose contact with the track and hydroplane/aquaplane, which will cause a loss of grip.
In Formula 1 when the track becomes too wet for slicks they will change tires to either Intermediate or Wet tires which feature different depth grooves for driving on a wet track.
A road car cannot use slick tires as it must be suitable for driving in any condition at any given time, plus all 4 tires of a Formula 1 race car can be changed in a little more than 2 seconds, I doubt you'd be able to manage that with a road legal vehicle.
