Fruits Basket

Akito is the head of the Sohma family. In the same way the spirits of the animals are inside people, the spirit of God is inside her. This is why although many of the family dislike her, they still obey her orders. She is sick in both the anime and manga, because one of the effects of being the God is being sick.

In the series Fruits Basket, Kyo and Yuki have a complex rivalry that evolves throughout the story. They have moments where Kyo comes out on top, but the competition is more about personal growth rather than winning or losing. Ultimately, their relationship goes beyond just a simple victory and defeat dynamic.

It is never really solved. All they were looking for is for somebody outside of the Soma family to accept them the way they are. I think the last episode shows that the best.

For more classically drawn anime, Kyo Kara Maoh is a good choice for character images. The show itself can be a little yaoi, but always stays on the PG side.

For a more clean looking CGI type image I would say Advent Children from the Final Fantasy series has a nice selection. The Advent Children characters Cloud and Reno are often the subject of my desktop wallpaper.

there are 6 chapters in volume 21 of fruits basket. It has chapters 120-125.

She's Tohru and Kyo's granddaughter. Remember in the middle of the manga, it shows Kyo and a little boy, and it Natsuki Takaya wrote a little paragraph about Kyo and at the bottom it says "I have a feeling Kyo will make a Kind father" Well, then there was another page, and the next page showed Tohru. Well it was their whole family. Full pic:

Even thought it doesn't show it, Tohru and Kyo end up having a son - Natsuki Takaya didn't name him or show him or anything, she just showed that they did.

The woman was probably their son's wife.

And the little girl was their granddaughter.

It's funny though, that Tohru told her to call them By name. "Tohru and Kyo" that's what the little girl

said "Where's Tohru and Kyo?"

Mom: "you mean grandma and grandpa?"

granddaughter: "But Tohru said to call her by NAME."

Yeah, I know Kisa calls Shigure Grandpa Shigure, but in the picture Kyo and Tohru were an older

couple.

Some people called the picture on the last page the Tohru Kyo and daughter, but that was Tohru as a little girl and her family. And besides, why would kyo wear a work suit? haha.

Volume 17 of the Fruits Basket series is already out.

It leaves off at Volume 5- the beginning of Volume 6 in the manga, but I repeat do NOT try to start from there. If you're planning to read the manga start from the BEGINNING, even if you already know what's gonna happen because of the anime. The anime changes stuff up a lot, two examples are when Uo and Hana visit, no one gets hugged and transforms in the manga, and they changed up the ending of the anime a LOT. Tohru never runs into Akito, Yuki never runs after Tohru, Tohru never visits her moms grave, and afterwards she never goes to Akito, and Akito is NOT to die young! So PLEASE no matter WHAT start from the beginning, I almostmade the wrong mistake too, and trust me, the manga is 100% better, and it gets a lot better after Volume 6, cuz 1. Natsuki Takaya's art style changes and it looks a whole lot better (well it changes around vol. 5 I think) but also 2. the story gets a lot more interesting, and the ending is amazing.

She ends up with Kyo! One time she fell off a cliff and passed out and while she was in the hospital kyo kissed her. They ended up getting married having a kid.

No, but in the later mangas, Kyo and Tohru do have a child. It never shows a name or anything, but they have a son, and later on in the last few pages of volume 23 it shows them as an older couple and they have a granddaughter.

No. They stopped making them after more volumes of the manga came out. To many things were off in the anime series versus the manga. For instance Akito being a girl and not a guy. They will most likely not be continuing. But its still a posibility that there could be another show. Even thought Akito's a girl they may let it pass.

The first episode he appears in is episode 7 "A Plum On the Back" and he also shows up in the next episode "Don't Cry for the Snow Will Surely Melt", episode 8 (and that episode made me cry :'( ) Then he is in episode 11, "Everybody Loves Chocolate" and the next episode, episode 12, "White Day", also episode 13 "A New School Term Starts!", and he is in episode 15 "There are No Memories its OK to Forget" (weird name..) and in episode 17 "It's Because I've Been Loved That I've Become Stronger", and in episode 21, "Sophist Boy has Captured The Prince" And I think that's it. He's in a lot :)

Durr, i don't know when its coming out but people say its airing i japan and season two has been set with 26 episodes again, they have ALSO said its airing on April 2010 and guess what its already freakin July so i think not, just keep watch it might air in 2011 ^_^ they need to make the series then translate it and get it here, so everythings gonna take a while, it'll be here soon unless there just NOT making a season two like vampire knight, because there cheap as$'s so yea.

Well, its coming soon, season 2 hasn't come to the UK yet.

I just finished watching the whole first seasons on youtube, and I tried to find season 2 on the internet, but instead, I found that season two wont come, in America, until the Fall of 2010.(http://www.huntik.com/tvshow/NewsDetail.aspx?aid=6104)

How to Make a Fruit Basket by Fruit Basket Review

Buy fruit from the local farmer's market or directly from orchardists. If those aren't available go to the grocery store with the best produce. Buy lots of varities of apples, oranges, pears, and any other varieties that are available. Check each piece of fruit and select the biggest ones without bruises and blemishes. If there are any exotic fruits like pineapple, mango, and kiwi those can make good accent fruits for your fruit gift basket.

In addition to fruit, you can add smoked mixed nuts, chocolate covered cherries, summer sausages, gourmet garlic cheeses, yogurt covered pretzels, chocolate covered toffees, a bottle of sparkling cider or wine, or any other gourmet items that you know your recipient likes.

A lot of people will find a simple wicker basket to pack their fruit basket. But remember, the basket itself will be the only thing left after the fruit and gourmet items are gone. Nice baskets will be put in your recipients living room, cheap ugly ones will be thrown away. So spend a few extra dollars on a nice basket and the basket will be showcased and be a reminder of your kindness.

You'll then need to decide on what you'll use as packing material which you should be able to find at a local craft store. You'll need a packing grass to cushion between fruit pieces and especially when you stack the fruit. Also buy some gift tissue paper and heat-sealable plastic gift wrap.

Put a small layer of packing grass in the bottom of the basket. Wrap the biggest apples, oranges, and pears in the tissue paper and cover the entire bottom of the basket with a layer of fruit. Wrap additional fruit for a second, third, and maybe a fourth layer and create a pyramid of wrapped fruit, always adding packing grass between each layer, and peaking with one or two pieces of fruit on the top depending on the shape of the basket. The reason you only use apples, oranges, and pears, is because you are building the foundation, and you don't want to include fruit that will easily bruise or damage in the foundation.

Now with your foundation built, lay out all your gourmet items, and remaining fruit and begin to place it on the top of your foundation. Alternate fruit types and gourmet items as you place them, for example, don't put two green apples next to each other. Stuff packing grass in between each item to keep everything in place. You want your fruit and gourmet items to stay in place without the plastic gift wrap you put on in the next step.

Use a heat-sealable plastic gift wrapping to protect your fruit basket. You can buy plastic gift wrapping in different colors and designs, although when using heat-sealable plastic gift wrapping with edible products, make sure that it is approved for direct food contact. Cut the plastic gift wrapping 3 times the size of your basket. Place the fruit basket in the middle of the plastic gift wrapping, and bring up the sides. Secure the plastic gift wrapping at the top, and use the hot air from a blow dryer to seal the bag. Then embellish your gift basket with ribbons and bows.
