No. Of course not. The universe is big enough to hold earth and all the other planets in the Milky Way Galaxy and all other galaxies and the sun and the moon and the stars. There is no way that the universe could be smaller that Earth. =)

The term word on a downward spiral means a great deal of depression which can worsen if not treated by the proper medications, you will have good and bad days.

That possibility has been considered before. The basic idea is that the Universe collapses due to gravity, and then expands again in the next Big Bang. However, there are several problems with that. For one, the Second Law of Thermodynamics would still apply. In other words, the next universe would be different from the current one, and the cycle could not continue forever. (Note: If you want to understand astronomy, a basic understanding of the Second Law is a must.) Also, this is not supported by observational evidence. For this to happen, the expansion of the Universe would have to slow down over time. The opposite is actually happening: the expansion of the Universe is accelerating.

There are approximately 200 to 400 billion stars in our galaxy. Milky Way is one of the biggest known galaxies.

Harlow Shapley studied globular clusters and used the position of the clusters to locate the sun in the middle of our galaxy. He found out he was wrong but figured out that the sun was in one of the spiral arms in our galaxy

The Hubble Deep Field was an image taken by the Hubble Space Telescope over a period of about ten days, of a particularly dark patch of sky. If you looked in this area for a minute you would see nothing. Stray photons of light were captured and collected, and stacked and filtered, and the result revealed the light from thousands of distant galaxies. By measuring the number of degrees across the photo, and counting the galaxies, it became possible to estimate the number of galaxies in our universe.

There are about one hundred billion of them, or 100,000,000,000. That is a one followed by eleven zeroes, or 1 x 10^11 in scientific notation. Any way you say it, it is still a lot.

Its possible that their could be another world with a living thing thats living just like us but according to reaserch no on has found it out yet.so their really is no right answer to this qeustion
