What do gerbils eat for breakfast lunch and dinner?
You can buy gerbil food at pet stores. It is premixed, so just pour it in the bowl. You can make special treats for them once a week (to prevent diarrhea) using: small pieces of fruit (no citrus), a little peanut butter, cheerios, unsalted/unbuttered popcorn, unsalted tortilla chips, etc but nothing salty, sour, and ABSOLUTELY NO CITRUS. =)
