Well, a spirit would count as one of the other three. A ghost is the spirit of a deceased individual, who is unable to detach themselves from the world for some reason. By finding out why they are unable to proceed to the next life, you can fix their situation.

A poltergeist is trickier. While there is some debate as to what exactly a poltergeist is, it usually does not take a form, and can be slightly more violent. Poltergeist activity is usually associated with a conflict between people however. Ease the conflict, and the activity should cease.

A demon is the worst however. A demon is a malicious spirit that actually intends harm, unlike a ghost who usually is in mourning. To rid yourself of a demon, religious symbols, incantations, and holy leaders such as priests can drive it away, although more may be necessary for stronger demons.

La Posdada was built in the late 1800's by the Stabb family. Julia stabb, her husband and six children lived in that house. Their seventh child died at a young age and Julia fell into depression, never to leave her room until her death. It is said that Julia still haunts La Posada. People claim to see her walking around tha hotell dressed in black. Different people think differently. I personally don't believe in ghosts, but others may do. And I am pretty sure there ARE fake pictures of ghosts somewhere out there.

Some photos that seem to have some weird things in them may be caused by light and the condition of the camera. Some or most of the photos are actually fake or is a result of the reasons stated above. But some could be real.

There are two aspects to the answer to this question: evil spirits and the state of the dead.

First, Adventists do believe that evil spirits (fallen angels) can appear to people in the form of dead relatives, etc. to scare or confuse them. Adventists believe that evil spirits will do anything they can to impede humanity's salvation, including appearing to them disguised in order to confuse. Adventists also believe that evil spirits have the power to appear in many forms and are not to be taken lightly.

Second, Adventists believe in the concept of soul sleep, which teaches that people who die do not go directly to heaven or hell (or stay on earth as a wandering spirit), but instead cease to exist until the Second Coming of Jesus (when God will resurrect them, basically recreating them). Because any individual who dies is not conscious of the passing of time, the next thing he or she will see is the Second Coming, and that means it is rather similar to being asleep. This is why Adventists do not believe that someone who has died becomes a ghost.

It is difficult to say with any certainty exactly what ghosts are, but since every culture and tradition seems to have some experience with ghosts, there may be some reality to them. One theory is that the powerful emotions associated with violent death or trauma may be recorded in some way on a particular place, perhaps with a form of energy science has yet to understand.

Devils are a different matter. There is quite enough evil perpetrated by humans to explain experiences blamed on devils. All people tend to "project" their own evil fears and wishes outside themselves. Those projections can take on a life of their own as more people believe in them. In this sense, devils are quite real and do a lot of harm.

Perhaps the question should read "What is going on IN the spirit world right now?"

I believe that the spirits are very busy getting ready for the final coming of the Lord.

The idea about belief is that they don't need a scientific explaination, so pretty much every belief and practice do not have real scientific explaination. The closest thing to a scientific explaination I have is that a certain type of energy is there and it can be controlled by humans; but there is little evidence to prove this.

According to some, they do! There are many stories of people claiming to have a passed loved one come to tell them that they're ok. There are also many tales of haunted places, and of people reporting seeing the same ghost without knowing a place is haunted.

REMEMBER-When using a Ouija board, never play alone, dont ask unsensible questions, be positive and confident, and make sure the spirit says goodbye when you've finished. You can then cleanse the board with a ritual or burn the appropriate herbs/incenses. * With other spirits- Using a ghost box or capturing EVPs are the main methods used to hear spirits talking to you or eachother. When using a ghost box, quite a large number of spirits can join the session. They will speak to you, but you will also be able to hear them talking with eachother. Sometimes they argue with eachother. Using a ghost box is the safest way to communicate with spirits. If you want to leave the session, you can just say goodbye, and the spirits will say bye too. Or they may carry on their own individual conversations, in which case, you just turn the ghost box off.

We all have to see the ugly side of life because that is what makes us know right from wrong. If we don't control our mind and spirit (soul) and try to figure out why this is happening and roll with the punches we can become jaded, self absorbed, critical of those around us and on and on it goes. In other words, by not trying to understand the situation as best we can and either help where we can or move on if we can't control that particular problem we will squeeze our spiritual side to the limit and will have lost all reason. Once a person becomes this pathetic creature the appetite dwindles. In fact, many diseases are caused by not practicing mind, body and soul techniques. It's called "internal combustion." Something has to give! Some people never learn and eventually if they only see the ugly side of life it's becomes a "Dorian Gray" syndrome. ==new answer== Fitst of all, spirit is not something you control. It is the energy that you use or mis-use. So, to control your use of the spirit would be more accurate.
To reason requires the use of memory, imagination and attention. First, place the attention in memory to see how something has been mis-used. Next, us your attention to imagine how you want a different result and how you can accomplish this.
Over eating occurs as we hold back from going forward toward what we really want. To want something, but don't think we can have it, therefore, holding back, is what causes weight gain. The body simply follows the direction we are giving the brain through our thought processes.

Each thing I looked up in that book was spot-on. I recall getting a gift of an umbrella; Cirlot said the giver offers protection. A gift of shoes, boots, the person feels inferior to you. Both those cases were, in actuality, correct.

This was years ago, vague, somehow lost the book; but often would refer to it after dreaming...it was invariably helpful.
