When you are being haunted by a evil spirit, you will hear gun shots, your name , and foot steps and then you will die somehow

It has to do with the human response to the ultimate destiny, otherwise known as death.

The ghost is the symbol of the spirit living on and the skeleton is the symbol of our human mortality that is left behind.

Psychologically it triggers a sense of dread when confronted with those images either visually or in literary form.

That's why its used a lot together in stories.

Sometimes the ghost is there because the skeleton has not been properly buried as per the dead persons religious customs, which is quite an often occurrence with spirits, and likewise, in stories.

Either a lady employee or a random lady victim was murdered by a man in the basement, moments later he took his own life after he had taken hers. When you go down into the basement you'll get a sudden chill, bad vib, or see spirits (paranormal activity). From a former employee named Becky, she works in the Cafe Mulino. She went down to the basement into the wine seller to get some more wine for the Cafe, when she had gotten to the stair way she had gotten really bad goosebumps, chills and sudden fear of going no farther, or at lease not alone.

i believe it took a few days or passably a week to talk them into moving the seller up to a new room, because so many employees feared the basement. although, one is a nice lady spirit and the other is a mean spirit that had taken the lady to go with him, so said by many tails.

Also, on the Third floor, it was told that their is a black man in a nice white suit who walks the halls on the third floor at night, and goes in this one room in which he took his own life in, and he'd open his window drapes in the mid evening or night randomly, but no one from the outside would see a person in the window. (this story was told by an employee, Becky).
