What mask do you use when working with glue?
You don't generally need a mask when working with glue at the 'recreational ' level. If you were using industrial adhesives all day long, then that's entirely different and not what many of our contributors are doing. In any case, if you need to use a mask the correct selection depend on what the glue is made of.

What adhesive for polyethelene sheeting?
I find Loctite's super glue Activator works well: holds a patch of polyethelene sheet strongly on a sheet that had a hole (in a rink liner). The bond is strong enough to tear the underlying sheet when pulled hard, rather than peel off as other adhesives do on polyethelene (such as epoxy or super glue or silicon).
Hot glue also works--but it's problematic on a thin sheet: too much heat and you make a new hole.
Harry coover, beacuse the inventor of super glue is the Jr

Can silicone adhesive be used on azek boards?
A regular silicone will not work too well if at all - as an adhesive on Azak.
You can use Liquid Nails on Azak but you need to set a bead and spread it thin on both pieces you are joining. bead them, spread them, wait 10 - 15 minutes, and mate them and wait about 24 hours for a good hard bond- then you can use white silicone to fill the inside corner gaps.
If it were me-- I would use this Liquid Nails method but I would also counter sink screws and then bondo and sand the holes and then spray with Kilz.
