3) under this there is a big bolt. Loosen this bolt with a wrench
4) then loosen by hand, the part of the tap that should swivel (just above where the spout is connected)
5) once this part swivels hold it firmly and re tighten the bolt with a wrench
6) this will prevent the swivelling part of the tap tightening up over time
