Can you get into uci with a 3.6 GPA?

Dang, you probably don't understand how GPA even works, why self deprecate yourself with a numerical label. With a 3.6 UC GPA it would be tough, but manageable if there are other factors that make you a worthy applicant. A 3.6 high school GPA is not the GPA UC's look at, at all! They take the grades solely in your Sophomore and Junior years and base your GPA off that. Your GPA could be higher or lower, but most likely higher in your case.

You have a shot.

What would your GPA be if you got 4 b's 3 C's and 1 a?

3.0 + 3.0 + 3.0 + 3.0 + 2.0 + 2.0 + 2.0 + 4.0/8

= approximately, considering I am given whole letter grades, 2.75 GPA.

What is a GPA for 2.625 A or B?

A B would be 3.0. 2.95 is more like a B-.

If a scholarship or athletic eligibility depends on you maintaining a B average, that almost certainly means "3 or higher". 2.95 is not good enough, sorry.

It depends on the school, though, because at many schools, a B is a 3.0, but an average between 2.86 and 3.15 is considered a "B average," with B-minus in the range of 2.50 to 2.85.

Why taken 4.0 as maximum GPA?

The same reason why 100% correct answers equals a perfect score.

What letter grade is a 3.14 GPA?

It roughly translates to "just" a B. Not a B+ or a B-, but just a flat B.

It's very good, but if you are trying to get into an elite program with this GPA then you will still run into some trouble because this will be about the regular grade that everyone else is applying with. (Not trying to be harsh, but I've had more than one advisor tell me this about my 3.0 range GPA.)

and I really hope you are joking with the grammar
