Yep. No! your never to old to start gymnastics. but it may be difficult for you to do it at elite level, but who knows. the best person to ask would be a coach ---- Rather broad question. Which Gymnastic are you speaking of? Aristic (men or womans) Acrobatic, Rhythmic, Tumble/Tramp Gym, Group Gym. In Acro, Tumble Tramp, and Group gym age is less an issue. The answer to that is pretty simple, since I were a leotard every week. All you have to do is just wear gym shorts over them. They have to be a certain kind of shorts. Not the kind you usually see in stores.

It is a bit late to do gymnastics at a professional level at 12-13 but if you just wanted to do it as a hobby just join your local gym club. But if you wanted a career out of it you could become a gymnastics coach or something similar.

um, a back tuck is pretty much a necessary in gymnastics.

there really isn't a level that involves back tucks.

i mean, if you're just starting gymnastics, then a back flip won't come till later.

but if you're Shawn Johnson or nastia liukin or some olympian, back tucks are pretty much the easiest thing.

or if you're just an AMAZINGGG gymnast, back tucks should be very easy.

Not knowing for sure but the year would suggest either the Worlds in Bribane or an American based competition. Having seen the 1994 Worlds and can't remember seeing Strug fall at any point.

Because they are all over your garden but they are more noticeable on the trampoline because when you jump it scares them and they try to get away and it makes them come on with you.

She didn't. She did a semester at junior college and dropped out to pursue music unsuccessfully.

Actually, she didn't drop out. She took a break, but she is back in school now, however, I do not know where. She updates twitter and facebook often about how she is studying.

technically it is mixed with dance but other wise gymnastics is one of the hardest sports. don't believe try running at a stationary object at full speed that could possiblely KILL you. Hope i helped. thx

7-11 years old. You test in the age group of the age that you will be during the calendar year. For example, if testing is in June but you will be turning 11 in December, you will test as an 11 year old even though you are still 10 years old.

there is no specific name. in our gym we just call it the rope. The only thing that changes is how you climb the rope. For example, you can climb with no legs or legs. You can staddle or pike. But the name of the rope really doesnt change

AmeriKids Gymnastics is a different sanctioning body than USAG. The time commitment is lower, the pressure is lower. The routines however are MOSTLY the same as USAG with a few exceptions. Level 2 beam in AmeriKids does NOT have a fwd roll. The level 2 Vault (AmeriKids) is hands on the mat fall to back Not run jump hands on board) Level 4 you are ALLOWED to compete a kip. But level 5 is exactly the same. AmeriKids is WAY better than USAG IN MY OPINION because its a funner atmosphere it is cheaper and its a MUCH better way of letting EVERYONE compete (levels 2-basically 9) anyways check out AmeriKidsgymnastics.com for more info

Yes, it is possible. Doing a one handed front hand spring is no different than doing a one handed cartwheel. maybe practice doing one handed cartwheels, then front walkovers, then work your way up to a one handed front handspring.

Being a cheerleading coach is like being any other kind of coach. You need to be creative, patient and very involved. In cheerleading , you need knowledge on stunts, gymnastics and cheers in order to perform. You have to remember thought that coaching gets better with experience.
