They didn't really make you do much work. Most of the time they killed you in the gas chambers, then took your clothes and hair, and sold it. If they didn't do that, then they would probably use you for forced labour, medical experiments, lack of disease control, individual execution and/or starvation. It doesn't sound nice, does it? Over 3 million people were killed in the concentration camps, and hardly anyone survived them.
