1) Following the most common image of the Holocaust, you were sent to a ghetto where you were systematically starved in preparation for your death at a concentration camp. Once arrived, you were meant to starved, disease ridden, and exhausted...ready to die. For those who survived selection, work was to be carried out until death. Your head was shaved, a number tattooed onto your arm, and a single small bowl was given to you for your meal. If you lost it, you would soon starve to death. If you happened to die, your body would either be cremated, buried in a mass pit, or burned in a mass pit. For those who didn't survive selection, the gas chamber was inevitable. After they fell victim to the gas, their bodies were disposed of in either way as well.

2) Not following the most common image of the Holocaust, Nazi ghettos and concentration camps, you would most likely be put to death by special Nazi killing units, known as the Einsatzgruppen. The units killed an estimated 1.5 million people through massive shootings. Victims of the Einsatzgruppen were mainly from Eastern Europe, where many of those mentioned on Hitler's "inferior race list" lived at the time. Victims were forced to strip naked and stand in massive pits, where they were shot. Once the first layer of bodies had been laid down, other victims were forced to lay on top of the dead bodies and be shot. Though women and children were at first spared, they quickly became victims as well.

True peace did not occur due to the technological advances and the development of the atomic bomb. The Cold War started before World War 2 ever ended. It also did not create tanks good enough to go against the Panzer tanks. It did not assuage Hitler nor did it stop the Japanese until Hirohito physically saw the damage of the two cities. It did not save enough lives medically. More technological advances were made in medicine, science, war manufacturing so that the war was better in Viet Nam. They had learned to develop the Jet better and smarter missiles to get direct hits. They were able to save more lives in Viet Nam (especially with the advance of the helicopter designed to pick up injured troopers).

the Kholojay massacre, anything soviet like Holladmour where they starved millions, and also Mao Zedong in the 60's or 50's around there killed over 50 million of his own people by starving them, im not sure about the exact facts ,dates, and spelling but these did happen

The Gestapo were part of the police, the people that they killed had nothing to do with the Holocaust. They killed some under tourtue and executed some, most likely the figure is in the thousands.

The 6 million Jews and the others were killed mainly by the SS, and also by the army.

No. As a matter of Fact it was perfectly legal Germany has been attacked by Soviet backed Jews in the 1920's with 500 pieces of artillery the locals managed to fight them off after a very short occupation a young Hitler saw this and many other crimes against his country and when he came into power he declared war on the Jews. If I am correct, many/most of the liberals in Germany were Communists. If so, the liberals were indeed a prime target of the Nazis.

However, you are quite mistaken. At no time did the liberals make common cause with the Communists. The liberals were supporters of democracy, which the Nazis detested.

(Incidentally, this zest for regarding liberals as Communists is something that hardline right-wingers in the US share with the Nazis).

By the time the Allies reached the extermination and concentration camps there weren't that many inmates, Jewish or non-jewish, left to free. Obviously, the Allies freed those that were still alive. They need medical care first, though, and the killer diseases didn't simply disappear. In the case of the typhus epidemic at Bergen-Belsen, for example, a further 13,000 inmates died after liberation.

You are probably thinking of the Wannsee Conference of 20 January 1942. However, routine mass gassings of Jews had already started at Chelmno (Kulmhof) camp on 8 December 1941. The Wannsee Conference was fairly short (90 minutes) and was concerned with getting the various agencies involved (local police, the SS and the railways) to co-operate.

In Nazi concentration camps a pipel was a boy (usually in early adolescence) kept by an SS guard or a kapo for sex. This was tolerated at some camps.

It depends entirely on the time period and country where the Jews were living. More often than not, when an event happened that had a marked impact on the Jews' lifestyle occurred, it was negative (such as pogroms, expulsions, libels, etc.), but there were positive changes as well (such as emancipation, secularism in non-Jewish states, and governmental protections).

If one takes takes 11 million as the figure for the total number killed in the wider holocaust - that is including the groups listed above, and about 6 million Jews, then 6/11 would give a percentage of 54.5% Jews.
