How do you fix a rear door power window that only works some of the time on a 1998 Honda CRV?

Power motors will give you a warning before they completely break down. This "warning" is what you are experiencing. Go to a local auto parts store, tell them the make/model/year, and buy the part. Then take it to an auto-glass company (your insurance agent should recommend one) and they may be able to install the motor. It's MUCH cheaper to buy the part first and then have it installed. This is what I did for a 1996 GMC Jimmy, and I saved a bunch of money.

My Rear wiper in my Honda CRV is stuck on I pulled fuse it did not turn off How do I fix?

Are you sure you have the correct fuse? Pulling the the correct fuse should stop it. Failing that - remove the plastic shield covering the motor and, as the wiper is on it's downstroke, remove one of the wire leads. No clue as to why it won't respond to the switch except that the switch itself may have dirty contacts, or may be faulty altogether.

How do you change the clock light on your 2001 Honda CR-V?

Sorry to tell you this - but - if it is the original equipment clock that was built with the car, the chances are 99% that the clock has burnt out. Those clocks were equipped with Liquid Crystal Diodes which have a finite life to them. If the clock is now dark, the odds are greatest that the clock has simply come to the end of its life and needs to be replaced.

4 good spark plugs (Iridium or Platinum) preferred, plug gaping 0.42-0.44

remove distributor cap and clean electrodes, change air and fuel filter, change oil and oil filter (0W-30 or 10W-30 syn oil) preferred check and clean or replace PCV valve, clean throttle housing, clean injectors. I think you will have a perfect running vehicle after.

Where is the airbag module located in a 99 Honda CR-V?

I assume you mean the SRS unit. If it is the same as the 1998 CR-V, which it probalby is, it is located on the floor under the center console behind two small removable plastic panels. You must remove the two small panels that hide it to remove it. (You should not have to remove the center consul to reach it). It is held in with 4 screws and lock washers. The screws will require a size 27 torx bit for removal and are impacted in. They are very hard to remove without stripping. You should use a small ratchet wrench with a bit adapter. It will be hard to generate enough torque with a hand held screwdriver but may be possible for someone who is very strong. An electric drill driver could strip it. A small impact driver may work. If you strip it the only way you will be able to remove it is to partially drill it out to loosen the tension then back it out with a vice grip. Speaking from experience.
