Are Bextra and Advil safe for arthritis pain?
I use Advil regularly to help with my arthritis. I will often take 3 regular strength tablets when I am feeling very sore. I have heard that Advil can damage your kidneys if used excessively or over a long period of time. I find that if I take two Advil before strenuous activity it acts proactively to diminish the pain I would normally get from that activity. No matter how you use it, check with your doctor to see if it is right for you. You should not take advil with some prescription medications.
Before taking any medications for arthritis check with your doctor. I can only take Tylenol due to kidney damage and the risk of internal bleeding due to ulcerative colitis.
Bextra has been withdrawn from the market due to cardiac risk factors. Any NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory) such as Advil, Aleve, Motrin, etc., has risks. Chronic use can definitely have a detrimental effect of renal (kidney) function, they DO raise blood pressure, minimally for most people, dramatically for others, and chronic use does have a greater effect on hypertension. Additionally, all of these drugs except Celebrex effects clotting and that poses another risk. I work in orthopedics and I prefer Celebrex for my patients, but it is expensive and it is not without risks as well.
Unfortunately, most drugs have a downside to them. Tylenol is safer for most people but it lacks the anti-inflammatory effect and is less effective for arthritis pain for may people. Use of more than 4000 mgs per day, is officially considered toxic for the liver, and studies are suggesting that even less may be toxic as well.
Try ice packs to the area, this can help, and if not, try warm Moist compresses, different people react differently, see which one helps you the most. Acupuncture is also very helpful for some people, and Glucosamine/Chondroitin, Hyaluronic Acid, and MSM have been EXTREMELY HELPFUL for some on my patients. There is also topical treatments now, Voltaren Gel, for example, also EXPENSIVE, and it can pose some of the same risks as the pills, but because it is absorbed through the skin to a lesser degree the risks are smaller, but still there.
Unfortunately, there is no free ride here, all choices are hard, you just have to try to find the one that is best for you. It is usually best to try and find a professional to work with in your search. Good luck.
Will taking an aspirin stop the pain in heart?
If you have pain in the area of the heart you should get to a hospital IMMEDIATELY.
See your orthopedist or primary care doctor. I think you've done everything that you can do on your own.
Ibuprofen is a standardized product and its compositionis the same everywhere. You should, however, check that the dose per tablet is what you want.

Is taking two 25mg dosage of Strattera in the morning considered a high dosage?
I started on 40mg for a week then took two pills after five days putting me up to 80 mg a day. Yikes, I am thinking now I am on a high does compared to your 25mg. I think Im going to stop it. Week two of this med and I feel irritable and angry. Negative and depressed. I also have insomnia. The only good thing about this med is that my appetitie has decreased a lot, but in the long run not worth the side effects that are bad. :(

What is non sacrificial anti-graffiti coating?
There are two types of graffiti-resistant coatings, sacrificial, where the coating is dissolved/sacrificied at a point of vandalism and a new patch applied to the area; and non-sacrificial, which provides a sealed surface from which graffiti can be removed using a specialized cleaning product without affecting the vandalized surface.
A list of graffiti-resistant coatings available in North America can be found in the related links. Actually, there is another level of non-sacrificial graffiti resistent protective coatings that does NOT require specialized cleaning products, but rather a dry rag or a water rinse. Furthermore, it is backed by independent 3rd party testing for validation.
Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) has antipyretic (fever reducing) effects, as well as analgesic (pain reducing) effects and anti-inflammatory effects. It is also an effective anti-platelet medication, helping to prevent heart attacks, strokes and blood clotting. however, aspirin should not be used for children, as there is a risk of Reye's Syndrome. In adults, aspirin is quite effective, but limitations include stomach irritation, gastritis and ulcers (and this is further exacerbated in those who consume alcohol - especially concurrently).
Acetaminophen is an effective antipyretic and analgesic, but not particularly effective as an anti-inflammatory, although it does help to decrease the pain of degenerative joint disease. Acetaminophen may be given to children as it does not carry the risk of Reye's Syndrome (as aspirin does). However, acetaminophen is dangerous in overdose. Acetaminophen toxicity is the leading cause of liver failure in the U.S. Acetaminophen has no significant anti-platelet activity.
Ibuprofen belongs to a large group of medications known as NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). Ibuprofen is an antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent (just as aspirin is). However, it carries only mild anti-platelet activity. It is useful, in its own right, and when combined with opiates for pain treatment (especially post-operatively). Ibuprofen, like all NSAIDs has GI side effects, especially when used in excess (e.g. gastritis, ulcers) and also renal (kidney) toxicity in overdose (or situations of excess high-dose usage, chronically). Ibuprofen has less risk of drug-drug interactions than either aspirin or acetaminophen.
Naproxen is a NSAID medication (in the same general NSAID class as ibuprofen. it is, therefore, an antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication). It is used in all forms of arthritis, as well as gout, ankylosing spondylitis, menstrual cramps, tendinitis, bursitis, headaches, and the like.
All of the above four medications are potentially very effective when used correctly.
Can a person Take Advil And Delsym Together?
It depends on how old the person is. If the person is too young, it could cause an over dose.
Should you wait out a fever by not taking ibuprofen or Tylenol to let it break?
You can wait if you want to. Many people don't like the sweating that usually comes with a fever breaking and if your fever is 101 F or lower there is no need to reduce it. However, a fever of 103 or higher in adults should be lowered quickly and if it is persistent for several days you should see a doctor.
Which is safer for a 9 year old to take ibuprofen or excedrin?
It is MUCH safer for a 9 year old to take excedrin because its safer for their system. ibuprofen is not the right choice to give to a 9 year old especially at his/her age. It may say that it will help your son/daughter in the way you want it to but, more things can be a lie. more than you think. i hope this helped you in one way or another if not, message me thankyou bye BD!
Can you take ultram with aspirin or with Ibuprofen?
absolutely, as long as you are talking about just plain tramadol. ultram is tramadol hcl and everyone knows what ibuprofen is. make sure you are not over doing the combination though as it can be hard on our bodies in excess. i would not recommend taking the ibu and aspirin together tho as both are nsaid pain relievers and can irritate the stomach and liver
