Advil-PM contains Benadryl (diphenhydramine, an antihistamine) and Clarinex is also an antihistamine, though of another type. I wouldn't take both. Try using plain Advil with a different antihistamine, Zyrtec, which also has a sedating effect.

There is NO typical dosage since treatment-resistant insects (generally lice forms) need far more than the normal dermatologist will prescribe. I took 48 mgs. in September, 2012 on a body weight of 170 pounds, and am 72 years old....with no noticeable adverse reactions. The Ivermectin came from India, and may not have been as strong as an American product.

But it did not kill the insects (rare, Asian, NOT your standard lice). I will be doubling that dose soon, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT LEVEL OF TREATMENT FOR ANYONE ELSE. It is EXPERIMENTAL and MAY AFFECT ME IN SERIOUS WAYS I CANNOT PREDICT. Those insects I got in Asia are ruining my life anyway.

In one sitting, probably. I weigh about that amount, and I recently got my wisdom teeth removed. My doctor instructed me to take 4 pills every 8 hours, or 3 every 6 hours. I hear that taking more than this can upset your stomach, and potentially cause serious liver problems.

Tylenol will not cure the pain of gout. It's better to treat the cause of gout: perhaps get a prescription for Colchicine and make diet changes..but for pain you need an anti-inflammatory. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is not an anti-inflammatory. There are some very good prescription Non-steroidal Anti-Inflammatoriy Drugs (NSAIDS) or OTC NSAIDS like Aleve and Motrin. This is very painful and you may need something stronger until you can relieve the condition in your joint(s). Hopefully it will disappear and never come back. There are also specific medications for gout that your doctor can suggest.

I regularly take in excess of that for headaches with no ill effects..... you should really only take as much as you need to solve the problem because more won't make a difference.... but if you need to, I see no reason why up to 1200MG for a 150lb+ person would be harmful in any way.

You should not give a pot-bellied pig ibuprofen or aspirin. They can both be toxic to them. Tylenol should not be given either. See your vet for some Metacam or Rimadyl.
