I presume you mean the popular form of JPEG; JPEG2000 addresses most of the problems:

The biggest problem is that JPEGs are lossy - when an image is converted to JPEG, some of the information in the image is lost. Professional photographers tend to avoid working repeatedly with JPEG images as continually loading and saving the image causes the image to lose quality.

JPEGs don't support layers - most photo manipulation software use layers; to save images as JPEGs the image has to be "flattened".

JPEGs only support 8 bit images. Modern digital cameras can operate in 12, 14 or 16 bit mode but if the images are saved as JPEGs, the extra information is discarded.

Pixlr, pho.to are some online service which have free picture editing. We can adjust, edit and filter the images more easily. Among Pixlr and pho.to, Pixlr is the best. Pixlr also does not require registration for editing pictures.

There are many ways, but the most simple is make a layer and place it underneath under all the other layers and make the BG so its under the picture/drawing.

A scanned document is technically a flat image. If you want to edit this document you will need to use something called OCR scanning (Optical Character Recognition). This software can capture computerised text that is legible and convert into text searchable PDF's for example.

To change the color settings and resolution on a computer with windows operating system , just right click on a plain area on the desktop and click on properties (the "Display Properties" dialog box will appear) then click on the Settings tab and change the slider Named Screen Resolution to ur required settings , u can set the color properties to 16 bit or 32 bit there , its recommended that u keep 32 bit color quality....

As well as the lasso tool select pixels the ones you go over with the tool and you can remove it or put it a different spot

Open Photo Shop then press CTRL+O OR click on File menu in upper left corner and choose Open from list, then navigate to folder with pictures, select the required image and Just click on Open Button. Your image will be open in Photo Shop.

What they do is get a template on a computer and design it, then they have a special unique printer that prints the design on. its a very very simple process

press W for the magic wand, if you don't see a wand in CS2+ right click on the tool that's selected and than make it the magic wand.

Keep in mind that there are different types of Photoshop available. CS5 is the fancy, professional version. CS5 extended is the same, but with some 3D and motion capabilities. Lightroom seems to be for photo retouching and organization. Elements is a basic program. It is the one I have. As of version 6, it does not have animation, masking or vector-like line tools. It does however, have pretty much everything else and is extremely powerful.

You can buy these programs individually or bundled with other programs. You may also be able to get a discount if you are a student or teacher. Click around to see what the best deal for you is.

You will also have to download their install wizard. This means at least two downloads: one for the wizard and one for the program. Give yourself plenty of time.

Selection tools in Photoshop: Marquee Tools (M), Lasso Tools (L), Magic Wand and Quick selection (W). You can also select color from image as foreground or background color with Eyedropper Tool (I). Navigate with mouse above any tool in Photoshop and you will see tooltip with keyboard shortcut for that tool in parentheses.

Copy and paste "Find a serial number - Adobe" into your search engine hit enter on your keyboard. Click on the "Find a serial number - Adobe" link in the search results, it will take you to an Adobe support page that will help you get your serial number.

Selection tool are used to select a portion of image. With this portion allocated (selected) you can do what you want without affecting rest of picture.
