A "noob" is a "newbie" or someone new to IMVU, Meez,or any other Social Networking site. They think that you are a noob because you still have on the items you began IMVU or Meez with. Try buying some new items, and you won't have that problem to worry about anymore.

you go to the profile of the user and u will see an icon that says chat or when u go to your friends list you can see a chat box with a plus sign next to it :)

Add a public room that has to do with your interests. For example, if you're into kawaii things, then make a room with that. Promote your room through your homepage or invite people that have similar interests into the room.

If you can't make a public room, join one and just start to chat with people. It'll take time, but eventually you'll find the right group of people.
