First try laying in a tepid bath tub of water (no bubble baths) and then take 2 cups of Epsom Salts Crystals (won't sting) and pour boiling water into the cup to dissolve crystals and add to bath water. Soak in the tub for 20 minutes to half an hour. Epsom Salts is good for many things: sunburns, rashes, some wounds, etc.
