With condoms, their intended use allows a male to ejaculate inside a female (of course IN a condom) and prevents pregnancy in that situation. I'm asking if the Mirena has the same intended use, IE if the male is still able to ejaculate inside the female and get that 99% effectiveness at preventing pregnancy?
