Nobody actually killed Inuyasha's mother. It was never revealed how she died, but most just assume it's because of illness or something like that.

There are rumors because it's actually coming back, but in October not September. The anime was recently green lit back in June and will premiere in Japan this fall. Viz Media has also picked up the rights to Inuyasha Kanketsu Hen (Japanese name) and will more than likely subtitle or redub the episodes with the original voice actors from the first series

Inuyasha doesn't try to kiss Kagome in any of the episodes.

However on episode 14 it would seem that he is trying to kiss her when he really is looking deep into her eyes to try to see Miko (pristess) Kikiyo in her, since Kagome is Kikiyo rencarnation.

The only time where Kagome and Inuyasha do kiss is on 'Inuyasha the movie 2'
