the average IQ for an ADULT is 100, the age really does matter! If your IQ in a child's' IQ test is something like 134 (which is really good!) it would be considerably less in an adults IQ test :)

Quite good. This puts you in the top decile of the population of people your age. You have not reached your full potential just yet though.

Also, 100 is the average or standard IQ level, though for which age, I'm not sure. So being above that is good.

Take a test at school, online "iq" tests don't give you the same result.

The IQ of Gauss was at LEAST over 200 (some say 230!!!). He was correcting his father's payroll at age three and replicated anarithmeticsequence equation at age 5 (Sn=n/2(a1 +an)!! He was much more than your typical genius.

Mensa requires an applicant to have an IQ that is higher than 98% of the population. in the USA, UK, Japan or other first world countries your 17 out of 30 would not allow you to qualify for Mensa. But, say you went to a country in Africa...pick anyone except Egypt...and you would certainly be smarted that 100% of those monkeys.

Well, I'm an 11 year old girl and my score was also 105. 100 is the average so you about average. You would have to be 130 or more to be considered above average or genius.

Different IQ scores are always different. If its lower the 70 you are mentally challenged. 100 is average.
