That is either a question out of curiosity, or a sexist question. Obviously, it depends on who the man or the woman is, but if you're talking about the average, we don't know for sure. Too many ppl.

Most tests on the internet won't give You a REAL IQ score.. but if You have an official IQ test (used by professionals) or at least it looks like a "serious" IQ test, than a score of 132 is way more than average!!!

From 110 to 120 it's pretty good, while from 120 to 130 it's a high score.

132 is actually very high (about 2% of the world's population), on a scale where 140 is genius!

An IQ of 110 is slightly above average. The general median of IQ tests is around 100. 120 would be good and 130 very good. Only about .1% of people have and IQ above 150 and this is therefore generally accepted as a cutoff point for genious. To directly answer your question 110 is not what would be regarded as brilliant, but it is above average and therefore could be considered smart.
