The Kashmir Earthquake happened in the 8th of September 2005 and measured 7.6 on the Richter Scale killing 80,000 people.

It was acceeded to India by Maharaja (king) of Jammu and Kashmir when Pakistani army and militants started looting people.India flew in troops in 1947 and gained control of 2/3rd part of Jammu and kashmir..But a plebiscite was promised to kashmiri's by India but but on condition that pakistn withdraws troops and since Pakistan didnt fullfill this condition a plebiscite was never held.But according to the document signed by the last Maharaja (King)of kashmir,it's is an integral and inseperable part of India.

The state flower of the Disputed occupied territory of Jammu and Kashmir is the Same as Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

The first war between India and Pakistan over Kashmir ended in 1949 with a United Nations-brokered ceasefire, which established the Line of Control and divided the region into areas administered by both countries. Subsequent conflicts, including the second war in 1965 and the Kargil conflict in 1999, have kept tensions high, but the initial fighting over Kashmir officially concluded with the ceasefire in 1949. However, the dispute over the region remains unresolved to this day.

The flag displays the Pakistani national colours, white and dark green, with a crescent and star to represent the Muslim majority, and a saffron square to represent the Buddhist, Hindu, Sikh and other minorities of the disputed region, the colours are clearly influenced by the Mughal Empire. The four white stripes symbolize the main rivers of the Kashmir region; Indus, Jhelum, Chenab and Ravi. The question is very interesting to explain. If we look into the History, we shall come to know that at the time of partition of Hindustan into India and Pakistan, Kashmir had 75% Moslem population in it. Its Ruler, Hari Singh did not want to affiliate Kashmir neither with Pakistan nor with India. However, using diplomacy, Indian army declared officially without any proof that its ruler had affiliated it with India. The ruler was also shocked. Pakistan did send many applications to U.N.O to solve the enigma. However, U.N.O did not take interest in that. Likewise, India attacked upon the state of Hyderabad Deccan in 1948 and took it under its control. Not only had these two states had it also occupied Jungadh state lying near Karachi.

Kashmir was one of the paradises on the earth but India has destroyed its beauty. Indian army is still busy in torching Kashmiris both sexually, physically, and mentally. A million of its inhabitants have laid down their lives for the sake of freedom and still they are doing so. Many International Media groups have highlighted upon the activities of Indian army in Kashmir. Indian Government use to enlarge the size of troops there every day. India has promised many a times at U.N.O to hold open voting there but it never held that programme because India knows that Kashmir wants to be affiliated with Pakistan. Indian leaders have also looted the Muslims of their rights by using Sir Red Cliff as a machine who was made the in charge of boundary commission. Many highly Muslim populated areas were included in India unfairly. This was acknowledged by the personal sectary of Sir Red Cliff.

By quoting this, I mean to say that Kashmir is 100% property of Pakistan and it would always be. Moreover, India also stopped Pakistani assets but due to Mohan Das Ghandi, India had to give us our assets (70 million rupees/75 million rupees) with 5 million still pending on them.

Well, here it is a bit boring on weekend. During the weekdays I'm very busy with my homework. I want to learn, to become the best doctor to save people's lives. In the near future, during the winter holidays, I'll go with my parents to my grandmother in Sebes. I like being there because I have good friends and I always have a lot of fun with them.

I'm looking forward to welcoming you here in Alba Iulia. Maybe you will go with me to Sebes, to have a good time together.

jammu and kashmir have different Constitution itself witness that jammu and kashmir was not the stae of India rather it was a kingdom ruled by a Hindu king before 1947 and the kingdom had its own constitution which after Indian occupation still exists.
