The idea is that you never hold yourself in high regard when you refer to yourself when speaking to others. Watashi is a general word so it's okay. However in rare occurrences some women do use "watakushi" or "atashi" (the usual examples are in animation) but the former are generally for people that sound arrogant about themselves.

You could say just 愛してる "Aishiteru" and sound more natural instead of like someone who doesn't speak Japanese.

Either way it means "I Love you"

Iimasu is the polite form of the verb "iu" which means to speak/talk.

"Toto" could be a childish way of saying "dad."

I think you mean 'Otosan'. This means 'Dad' or 'Father'. I get the impression from my study that wifes sometimes call their husband 'Otosan'.

'Chaimashou' grammatically is volitional/suggestive form of '-chau' which is an auxiliary verb (mostly used in informal context) added to the end of other verbs, adding a sense of "doing something to the end, completion or emphasis". However I have never heard of it being used in volitional/suggestive form. It would mean roughly 'let's.....' where in the blanks goes the meaning of the verb that precedes it.

Either "I like you" or "I love you". Could be either one.

it means "I like you!" the yo indicates emphasis on the statement, so in other words it would be more like "I REALLY like you!" but if you were to be affectionate the word love is ai or aishita so if it was a beginner speaking to you. Yes they said they liked you. but if they were advanced, they might mean your cute in that little kid way.

これは会えですよ (kore ha ae desu yo) is like saying "This is a meeting".

好きですか (suki desu ka) means "Do you like?". Usually there is an implied subject and object associated with this phrase that allows omission when spoken. For example, if two friends are talking and one introduces the topic of a new video game they may have purchased. The other friend might say 好きですか to ask if the first friend likes the game.

"Chizu" is a Japanese word and in English it means "Map"

Nara is also the name of a city in Japan.
