BEACHES

Kerala has a 600 km long shoreline and is known to have some of the best beaches in the world. The beaches of Kerala are beautiful, clean and dotted by the palms and coconut trees Some well-known beaches are: Kovalam, Marari Beach Village, Poovar, Varkala, Cherai, Bekal, Nileswaram, Fort Kochi & much more to explore & enjoy.

WILDLIFE SANCTUARY

Kerala known as God's Own Country is home to many rare and special forms of animal, bird as well as marine life. The wildlife sanctuaries in Kerala provide refuge to different forms of wildlife in Kerala and provide tourists with an opportunity to see these rare creatures in their natural surroundings. Some of the unique wild animals that tourists can see on tours of Kerala, with Kerala Backwater are elephants, Nilgiri Tahr, tigers, leopards, lion-tailed macaque, deer, monkeys, civet cats, squirrels including the Malabar giant squirrel. You can see different varieties of birds including woodpeckers, Malabar hornbills, kingfishers, cormorants, darters, plovers, and brahmins kites along the backwaters of Kerala. BACKWATERS

The lake Vembanad is largest stretch of Backwaters in Kerala measuring 83 kilometers length The Lake Ashtamudi, significance, having eight arms, are the larger second stretch and are the passage to the backwaters. Some well-known backwaters for tourist are Kumarakom, Alleppey, Kollam.

HILL STATIONS

Much of Kerala's exotic appeal is centered in the highland area of the western ghats. Rising to an average height of 1520 m, the tropical forests of the ghats house rich flora and fauna.

Some well known wild life sanctuaries are Munnar, Vagamon, Thenmala, Wayanad, Peermede, Nelliyampathy.

AYURVEDA. Ayurveda believes in the treatment of not just the affected part, but the individual as a whole. Kerala's equable climate, natural abundance of forests (with a wealth of herbs and medicinal plants) and the cool monsoon season (June - November) are best suited for Ayurveda's curative and restorative packages. Monsoon is the ideal time for Rejuvenation.

ART FORMS. Kerala is home to world famous art forms such as Kathakali, Mohiniyattom. Thousands from all over the world visit Kerala to see its beauty and relax.

Even now the politicians fans the flames of Caste and Religion to exploit vote banks, but the system no longer prevents people from achieving their potential.
