Although there are food holidays for every day of the year, there is no National Ketchup Day. I am attempting to gain sponsorship to have this day added to the list of official food holidays.

Once it's unsealed, it can be kept in the fridge for as long as 2 weeks before everything changes and you need to throw it away. If you open your fridge more often, you'll realize that you can't keep it for more than 2 weeks after expiry.

They don't use mayo., they use McChicken sauce.

Yes, tomato ketchup contains quite a bit of acid.

Two of the oldest ketchups in history is Mushroom ketchup and walnut ketchup. The British always called it " Tomato Ketchup" due to the base is tomatoes.
