Klonopin (clonazepam) also known as Rivotril outside of The United States is a benzodiazepine used as an anticonvulsant and for panic disorder. However it is commonly used off label to treat other anxiety disorders, as a muscle relaxant, and for neuropathic pain. Unlike opioids which are not technically "depressants," Klonopin is a central nervous system depressant acting on GABA, the principal inhibitory neurotransmitter. Klonopin is routinely combined with opioids to boost the effect of opioids (thus requiring a lower dose of opioids), to help with any muscle problems, and Klonopin can help alter pain signaling. Klonopin reduces the ability for nerves to fire which is why it can help anxiety and epilepsy and since there are fewer nerves firing there is somewhat less transmission of pain signals.

As long as you take your medications as prescribed you should be fine.

Theres a couple routes you can go.

Intramuscular and intravenous. With both routes and most especially with IM take great care with the injection. Only use fresh unused syringes preferably straight from the pharmacist. Its best to also only Inject straight from the pharmaceuticaly prepared injection vials, although its possible to safely inject street K as long as its good qaulity.

First swab the injection spot with rubbing alcohol. If you have a vial read the dosage per ml, they are most commonly 50mg/ml but this is not always so, so make sure you check. I will talk about dosage later. Figure out how many ml's you need of the soluition then Gently and firmly drive the needle through the rubber stopper at the top and slowly left the plunger to draw the ketamine solution into the syringe.

If you have powder you can just suck up how ever many units of water you want with your syringe and spray it on a pile of k that rests on a spoon or in a waterbottle cap or something. You can dissolve it by gentle shaking the object its resting in, stirring with plunger of syringe or repeatedly sucking up up solution and spraying back out until you dont see any more powder.

For IM

Do about 50mg-100mg

Take some time yourself to research on how to do a general IM injection, there are many short medical guides that will give you a good idea. But pretty simply poke a muscle, preferable under thigh or butt cheek and slowly push the plunger down, it should take you like 15-30 seconds to complely push plunger down. Effects will kick in in minutes.

For IV

I much prefer IV, as it gives you a rush and much better bang for your buck oh plus its safer in terms of injection. However it is important to remember that it will hit you immediately. It is common for IV K users to fall into a k-hole before they even get the needle out of they're vein.

First find a vein preferable in the bend of your elbow, one you got it gently but firmly, slide the needle into the vein, go at an angle. If it hurts your probably not doing it right. When you think your in the vein make sure you push up on the plunger a little bit, if you are indeed in the vein a plush of blood will beautifully spiral into the syringe. Take care when you push up on the plunger for alot of ppl actually push the needle out of the vein when they do this and the syringe fills with blood right before it leaves and then you have no way of knowing your in a vein for the next stab at it(pun hehe) Once you see blood and you think you've kept it in the vein your good to go, gently ease the plunger down, it shouldtake you like 6 seconds.

You'll immediately get a pleasing taste in the back of your tongue and feel the warm tingly rush all over your body. It can take like up to 30 seconds to hit a full fledged K-hole so make sure when you do it your in a position already that you can lay down until you come out of the k-hole.

Together they have a synergistic effect- meaning the result they produce together is greater than the result either one of them could have alone. They are central nervous system depressants. Take enough of them, your heart slows, you stop breathing.
