Derived from the Irish word "luchorpan" meaning "little man," Leprechauns are Irish fairies who are about two feet tall and look like little old men. That's a fine question that you have there. They are equally matched in size, but I would say that the wee Leprechaun has just a tad bit more mass on Charles, plus the fact that you have to factor his magical powers into the equation. Chucky could do a swan dive off of the dresser with a kitchen knife in hand and the Lep could then cast a spell on him in mid air perhaps. Additionally, in most of the films the Leprechaun has been shown to be quite hard to kill, much more so than Chucky, so that could be his saving grace in the end. Also in addition to the Leprechaun's plus points, he has a rather hard shillelagh that he could bludgeon Chucky with, and sharp claws and pointed teeth. Chucky really doesn't have a lot going for him unless he completely gets the drop on you and can surprise you, and since he is presumably no stronger than say a 4 year old with his body mass and almost solely relies on using a knife or a weapon of some kind and also that he is much more killable than the Lep, I would say that Irish Pride would prevail here.
