How do you Share a Network Printer over 2 or more LANs?
Its hard to answer a question like that without first knowing the structure of the overall network. However usually its as straight forward as plugging the printer into the back of a router. Then from there you go round all the clients and search do a search for a network printer. Input the IP address of the printer and that should do it. So long as you are sure both networks can see each other then there really shouldn't be much problem. Usually the hardest part is trying to figure out a strategic place to put the printer.
Is keeping 4 eight port switchs better or one 32 port switch?
Personally I like having 2 or 3 smaller switches. A few years back I had 26 machines on one 32 port switch. It was during a holiday period, and the switch just stopped working. With no shops open and no deliveries, the network was down for 2 days before I was able to get a new switch.
Though some people will argue that having a few smaller switches is more hassle then its worth. But since it gives you that added bit of fault tolerance I think its a small price to pay.

How does UDP verify datagram integrity?
It uses something called a checksum to verify datagram integrity
http needs a reliable mechanism to provide connectivity between the Host i.e. the web browser and the Server i.e the web server.
Now TCP is the transport layer protocol that provides it reliable communication with three-way handshake mechanism it uses to connect between a client and a server. We also have UDP at transport layer but it is not reliable way of communicating.
So http uses TCP at transport layer of OSI Model.

How do you determine the subnet mask of 195.0.8.0?
you can't. There's no way to know from an IP address wha the subnet mask is.
However, there are some likely guesses. Since 195.0.8.0 ends with a zero, the subnet is probably a 24-bit mask: 255.255.255.0
But it doesnt have to be. The network administrator knows for sure.
