after ur junior or senior year at ur college, at the end of your junior year it will ask if u want to stay or if you want to import your legend in to madden 09, if u stay it will ask u to import ur legend at the end of the year. once u have imported ur legend go to madden and start a carrer, it will ask u to create a superstar, play as a rookie, or import a legend. click that. there u go me ffriends, hopefully ur on ur way to becoming the next rookie of the year

You cant make your own team with your own badge, name and players but I used a 2 star team and used the transfers to get rid of almost all of their players and then created loads of players for that team to make my own team.Ho to do it: 1.Choose a not very well known team from any league of your choice 2. Use the transfer option on the main menu and sell most of the players but keep some as you cant create enough players for a full team (also i suggest you keep the captain and 1 goalkeeper along with the ofther few players) 3. Then start making your players but bear in mind the better you rate them the higher their wages will be 4. Then if you want more players that are real then you can buy players in the transfer option but please remember if your club you have chosen has a low budget then only buy players who wont have high wages 5. Now you can sort out yor squad, formations and kicktakers 6. You can now play with that team in career mode
