First decide what form of magic you want to do. Spell, potion, visualisation, are just a start.
Second decide what purpose you want. Prosperity, peace, healing, whatever you want to do.
Third, research the moon house and phase you will have the best chance of positive results with.
Fourth, research what tools you will need to perform your magic.
Fifth, research what herbs, incense, oils, and other things you will need.
Take the time to write out your spell, determine the gods/goddesses you'll petition, the forms and movements you will need to do, who (if anyone) you want to include for their help. etc.
Then you gather everything together, work in the correct phase and house of the moon and follow your spell to the letter.
When you are finished, enter your spell in your Book of Shadows (you may some day need to do it again or in some cases you may need to reverse it). Then most importantly of all, live in accordance. Believe it will happen and go about you life.
There really is no answer to the oft heard question; "Are you a good witch or a bad witch."
Fact is the magical energies we use are very much like other forms of power.
For this discussion I will use electricity as a mundane corollary. The energy itself is neither good nor bad. It is in its use that polarity can be attributed.
When electricity is used to cook food, heat homes and light the darkness it is perceived as good.
When it is used to torture people, damage things or kill someone, then it is perceived as bad or evil.
The energy itself is neither, it simply is.
In the same way, magical energies are simply there. It is how we draw upon and use the energies that determine how they are perceived.
What few practitioners of any discipline come right out and say is all magic is manipulation. This means as conscientious magical practitioners we are obliged to constantly monitor not only our actions, but also our motivations.
Therefore to answer the question, there is in fact magic than can be perceived as White or Good, how ever the description is more applicable to the practitioner than the magic itself.

Dark Magic vs. Black Magic. Is there really a difference?
"Nigromancy" (or "Negromancy") [Black Divination] vs. "Atramancy" [Dark Divination].
Is there really a difference?
I have heard that black magic is normally used for your own personal gain. In other posts, I have heard that Dark magic is just the element used whether for the greater good or for the natural evil. For instance, a so called magician would use the element of darkness to dispel a possible "light elemental". But those of black magic could be seen arrogantly producing wealth and power for their own satisfaction. This is what I could come up with. I am wondering about others interpretations and comparisons of dark and black magic.
Are there any Free magic spells for good health?
When it comes to health spells, the best spells are usually the ones which involve herbalism, usually take herbs and turning them into a tea. You should take great care though that you don't harm yourself further or take something you are allergic to.
What happens to a witch that casts a spell on someone?
the spell caster should get it back in ten folds
How do you heal black magic that is causing anal bleeding?
Whatever may or may not be true about 'black magic', the first thing you must do is see a medical doctor, and do it immediately. Whether or not you believe in standard science based medicine, you should at least have some idea what the physical difficulty really is. It could be something as basic as bleeding hemorrhoids, or it could be something far worse. After you get checked, you can decide if the medical treatment offered is what you want to do. then you can consider the matter of malicious magic. But counter-spell number one: medical doctor.
It works for some. I was once skrying with some others and observed a small island in a bay. I was puzzled, when I noticed that the island was getting larger. A few moments later, another observer said, 'The tide is going out!'. I've seen some weird stuff that convinces me it 'works', but little that gave me indispensible information. That might be my shortcoming, rather than the technique's.
A Pagan Perspective
Scrying is the art of reading the future using any one of dozens of means.
You can use cards (playing of specialty cards including Tarot), a dark mirror, a crystal ball, the lines on a person's hand, the bumps on a person's head, the images in a fire or in water, you can use trance work or interpret dreams and that's just scratching the surface.
As to is it real, yes. Many people can and do read the future in any one of the above mentioned manners and in many that were not mentioned.
Scrying is not a 100% thing, as the future is malleable.
The further the foreseen events are from the time of the scrying (or reading) the more likely that it will be "different" from the reading.
In scryings for a close time there will be subtle differences, while scryings for events in the longer (and distant) future will vary notably from the reading.
Is it ok for teens to use black magic?
It is important first to be sure of your terminology. Magic is the manipulation of naturally occurring powers by the hand and will of an ethical practitioner. Magic is neither good nor bad, black nor white is just is. The manner in which the magic "power" is gathered and used is what determines its polarity.
Those people who practice magic come in all shapes, sizes, colours, nationalities, genders, and ages. The common thread in most of them is a recognition that you must take full and complete responsibility for your actions and the results thereof, because there is a universal balance and the "Rule of Three" (That which you send out, will return to you threefold) does work.
If you are interested in learning the practice of magic, I recommend you spend time reading, studying and searching for an ethical teacher. There are hundreds of books on the subject available in your local library and New Age/Metaphysical/Occult bookshops. Reading one will not make you ready to undertake magic. Reading twenty or so will put you on the right path. If you are unsure a specific book is a "good one" check to see if there is a chapter on the Ethics of Magic in it, if not, I would recommend you keep searching. Buckland, Conway, Cunningham, Grimassi, Amber K, Starhawk and Telesco all have multiple books on various aspects of the subject and are a great start.
Teens do need to be aware of the sensativities of their parents, after all you are living beneath their roof and dependant upon their largess.
If you are looking into magic as a possible spiritual path, be prepared for the possiblity of challenge or even disaproval from your parents. Of all the spiritual paths Magic and Witchcraft/Paganism are some of the most misunderstood.
If you are looking into the practice of magic as a "hobby" or casual source of "power over others" then I recommend you rethink your plan... see the Rule of Three above.
Does God forbid Western esotericism?
No one can answer since scholars are still arguing it's definition
I am a young Wiccan are there any trustworthy sites where I can learn about rituals and spells?
There are many websites which deal with Magick and spells. A good place to start your search for reputable sites, can be found in my link below this answer. The following books will also provide a good introduction to Witchcraft. A great place to find more is in the new age/ wiccan/ pagan section of your local bookstore.
Raymond Buckland:Buckland's complete book of Witchcraft, Llewellyn Publ,, (1986).Scott Cunningham: Wicca: A guide for the solitary practitioner, Llewellyn Publ., (1990).
The Papacy does not have a policy for Catholics who choose to practice or participate in blood magic ceremonies, as this is a matter of the internal forum for the individual's confessor. Magic of any kind if outside of the allowable practice for Catholics as it is trafficking with demons. For a more detailed account of how the Vatican's exorcist dealt with these matters, you may pick up his books, An Exorcist tells His Story, and An Exorcist, More Stories, by Fr. Gabriele Amorth, who was Rome's chief exorcist for many decades.
Magic is a form of energy part of a universe system and has been that way for years and maybe more, magic can be used for the good and the wicked of times only people who are:openminded, true to them self, have hope, and a strong will, and have knowledge of magic/witchcraft and how it really works then them are the people who can do magic. The way Hollywood shows magic in movies/tv sows is not real magic effects at least not really because magic is a future effect and really as far as the present goes magic has little effect in the present and really only takes effect in the near to far future of life and magic/witchcraft the way people in todays world practice it is not really magic little to no magic because true magic takes strong and a bold and cold mind to get into it you have to do the mathematics and study the ways of life and go into deep very deep meditation and bonding with life and nature to gain magic or as i like to call it special super influence(ssi)and you must understand your will and your mental state limits before you can gain and be part of magic.

Is it true goth or emo do black magic?
Goth and/or Emo is a fashion statement and a life-style (and a mind-set). They are not necessarily practitioners of any Magic. Such people follow that kind of a trend for the shock purpose and/or attention seeking purpose.
Therefore such people would also claim that they practice Black Magic for the Shock Purpose of it, to impress people and get attention of the others. There is nothing to take in to consideration in such people because it is empty inside them. Just be friend with them and show them kindness, and that you can treat them equally regardless of the fashion statement or lifestyle they choose.
People who really practice any form of a magical art cannot be distinguished from their outer appearance, unless they are dressed in the regalia of their esoteric order, for a ritual event.
How do you make a real magic weapon?
Magick is not supposed to be used to do harm unto others. It is against the Wiccan Rede. An it harm none, do as ye will!
Would Rasputin be proof that magic and the supernatural is evil to religion?
No. Rasputin was simply a corrupt and possibly insane man who was close the the Russian royal family in its final years. He knew some methods to help the Czar's son with his hemophilia, but there was no magic involved.
How do you find out who is behind a black magic spell?
First, are you sure there is a spell?
Not all streaks of bad luck, illnesses, misfortunes or lost boy/girl friends are the result of magic.
- let me digress here for a moment, magic has no polarity of itself, magic is just power, however if it is raised and directed to the detriment or harm of another or others, it is referred to by those outside the craft as black magic - Sometimes things just go wrong.
If you are experiencing a string of unpleasantness, and you have been dabbling in the craft yourself, this may just be the backlash of the Rule of Three (That which you send out WILL return to you Threefold).
Eventually it will stop, once your three times has run its course.
If you are not a practitioner of the craft and do not know anyone who is, then I find it unlikely you are under any spell at all. Look to yourself.
If you are sure you are under a spell, someone must have planted the idea, check with them first.
Ask what they know about it, and what makes them think it is a spell.
If you are intending to "send the spell back" or retaliate I suggest you re-read the Rule of Three, sending it back is unnecessary as the gods/fates/universe have that well in hand.
As to the retaliation... just don't go there.
Think long and hard on your motivations for searching out this "person", two wrongs don't make a right, learn to protect yourself from further such incidences and trust to the gods for the rest.
How would people know magic does come from the Devil not God?
You only know for sure if God is on your side
How do you make magic candles?
Typically you will start with a candle.
Then you charge it. This can be done by exposing it to starlight or moonlight, or by holding it to your 3rd eye (forehead) and concentrating on it.
Your candle is now charge.
You can further anoint it with oils, herbs, ribbons or other items.
Depending on the desired effect, you may want to use a specific colored candle. Different colors can have different effects.
Why do people feel things that aren't there like feeling things you can't see or hear?
think everyone gets that. It's usually your hair fibres of clothes brushing against your skin and you think perhaps it's a bug. It's a natural thing because, if you were in the jungle or something and there was a high chance that a dangerous bug could be crawling up your leg, it would be important that you remove it.
Here is a list of psychotic disorders (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychosis#P… I don't think you have any of these because, in your example, you looked to your skin and you didn't see anything. If you were psychotic you would see the bugs crawling up you even if they weren't there.
You could be highly anxious and just feel agitated which heightens your senses to thinks like this, but I really don't think it's anything more than that.
I think i believe in magic but is there a way that i am to be sure?
Funny thing about the practice of magic. First you have to believe.
