i used to have this probem everyday at school when i would wear mascara and my eyes would always go red because i used to pick it, anyway al i doo in the morning is get some moisturizer and then put your make up on then apply more it works for me if i dont dry it up before i go to school :) hope i helped

I'm a make up, clothing type of person and I try loads of things

I realised that once you put nail varnish u can dry it quicker than usual

Just take a bowl of water and put it in a fridge to cool it a bit.

Once its cold and your nails are done then dip your fingers into bowl for while or so

Take them out and shake them so the water splats out.

Leave it for a while and you'd notice that your nail varnish has already dried.

You need to be qualified to work with the public, or else you'll have no clientele. Start with cosmetology school, find some close friends from your classes that share that passion with you, and maybe 4 or 5 years down the road you will be ready to make that decision with some experience under your belt ;)
