I doubt you even need make up unless you have acne. You sound very beautiful but if you do this is what i suggest: light pink eyeshadow (never use blue it looks desperate and trampy)

black eyeliner (very thin layer you don't want to smudge it)

foundation (oil free) that fits your skin tone, i suggest bare mineral foundation it works really well

rosy pink blush (smile when you put it on)

Buy a foundation, concealer and powder that matches your skin tone. This will even out your skin tone temporarily. If you're looking for permanent results, there are some products out there that might help do that.

A substitute for an eyeshadow base or primer is hard to find but what ive found what works well is either a regular face moisturizer/lotion or chap stick. A moisturizer/lotion works good for powder eyeshadow, while chapstick works better with cream eyeshadow or glitter. It is one of a way to decorate your nails. Your use a tool called airbrush gun. It is a tool to make liquid to making it into a spraying form. Then you use a stencil and put in over the nail and then spray over it with the airbrush gun. Then when you take off the stencil there it is! A awesome design! Sorry, its pretty confusing.
