Concealer is for covering up acne or acne marks. It doesn't work very well on acne scars because they are traditionally holes in your skin. As far as concealer goes you definitely want to get the good stuff. Cheap concealer can look caky and make your acne more obvious. You also have to make sure to get the right shade. Get the same shade as your skin or one shade lighter. When applying it try not to get it on the skin around the blemish, because it will create a halo, highlighting the imperfection.

Actually, Yes it can. My eyes are probably considered blue but they look bright turquoise. They have a dark blue ring, with carribean turquoise centers and olive green flecks in the middle. They actually are turquoise. So yes, turquoise is an eye color although not very common.

Modern baby powder is really cornstarch with fragrance added, and cornstarch is a good cosmetic powder. You COULD use baby powder, but you'll walk around all day smelling like a baby. If one didn't want to smell like a baby all day, they sell cornstarch on the same aisle as the flour and sugar, and it's less expensive to get it that way. Apply it with a fluffy powder brush, or a Kabuki brush.
