Therefore if you are a heavy person that doesnt really exercise that much than it can last a long time in your system. However, if you are skinny with little body fat and you exercise regularly than it will be out of your system much faster. If you smoked one time, than chances are it wont last that long in your system. A good general rule of thumb is 30 days. If you want to get it out faster, than I suggest you run and sweat as much as possible and drink lots of fluids but not too much as this can be harmful to your health. I do not recommend taking Niacin or excessive amounts of azos, this too can be a health hazard and I don't think it really makes a difference. However, you can try a natural detox method, such as detox tea (YOGI teas makes a good one). Do not exceed the recommended amount!! Usually no more than 3 tea bags a day. Also, detox teas can be hard on your system, even though it is good for people to detox for various reasons as simple as removing toxins from your body. Detox tea personally makes my insides hurt. Go to a CVS/rite-aid type of store and buy a drug test and test yourself to make sure that it worked before you have to take a test for someone else. If you fail you can always say that you just took ibuprofen which turns up a false positive for THC in urine tests.

Drain is the wrong word. The thing at the end of the cigarette is actually a filter, which is obvious just by reading the name, it filters out a lot of the chemicals tobacco companies put into the cigarettes. Well true, but you also get your water from juices. The Dr. Oz show. :) But that doesnt mean drink juices.

I am 99.9% sure it does not matter. Unless you get severe cases of the munchies, where, in that, case buy soup and other soft things, so it does not hurt, although with the ganja smoking it should not hurt that bad anyways.

the CHEEK SWAB DRUG TEST monitors RECENT use, NOT HISTORICAL. the mouth replaces cheek cells every 48-72 hours. as long as you have not smoked within the 2-3 days before a test, you should be alright (with regular brushing, flossing and rinsing).

there has been a lot of controversy over how effective these tests are. they are VERY effective-... at catching people who smoke the day of the test. seems a little ridiculous that everyone is saying it takes a full month (or sometimes year) to get out of your CHEEK CELLS.

yes, THC remains in URINE for a month or so, but the cheek cells are replaced fast enough that 12+ hours for the infrequent smoker may even be enough (though why cut it that close).

I have a friend that took a swab test for THC .And it tested positive 5 weeks after they stopped smoking...I was told by a counselor that it depends on how often you smoke as to how long it will take to be undetected..usually 4 to 6 weeks

Drink ready clean which most tobacco specialty stores carry. Follow the directions and hope that it's only a urine test cause they will use hair sometimes and if your head is shaved they'll use body hair instead

Did you mean Oxicotin? They're both used for pain relief. One is synthetic and very addictive. You'll eventuall need the marijuana to get off the Oxi! Are the withdrawls the same as heroin, once you get addicted to Oxi?
