From what it seems you are just suffering with PMS, if you feel that you may be pregnant it is always still safer to take a test!
It is common. Yes as long as you continue to take your pills according to the directions you should be protected.
I'm assuming your meant you were taking birth control to skip your period. How many months have you skipped your period? Your body is the ultimate doc. Let it happen and look to see if it differs from average for you.
Yes, sometmes when you start birth control you will have break through bleeding and it can tie in with your period since you started the pill during your period.
Yes you can. I suggest you see your Doctor asap.
Is it normal to have a heavy period after you stop taking the birth control pill?
For me it is. But if you continue to have heavy periods and if you did not have heavy periods before you started your pill then you should see your OBGYN. Good luck and God Bless:)
Your period only lasted for two days what does it mean?
Possibly you didn't ovulate this month, because you have just started your periods, or are approaching menopause, or you are stressed. If you have had unprotected sex you may be pregnant and you have had implantation bleeding not a period.
How often should you get your period?
Every female is different, thus every period is different. 28 days is the average but it could range from 21 days to 40 some. you can always expect your period 14 days after you ovulate. you may not receive your period every month since exercise, weight, and age may also affect it. Most women get their period for about one week out of every month. you should get you period every 28 days.
Is it normal to have really huge blood clots when you are on your period?
Is it normal to get your period twice a month when you first start taking birth control?
Yes birth control changes your cycle causing your body to have to adjust to the birth control after a few weeks it should become a normal schedule.
Is it normal not to get your period at all while on birth control?
Yes. Some birth control methods stops a women from getting a period for up to 15-18 months at times. Especially if you are using the Depo-provera birth control shot.
The placebo pill is taken so you have the habit of taking the birth control pill, even during your period. So your period should happen the week your placebo is taken. So if you are taking the pill and you have missed a pill and then doubled up or just missed the pill sometimes you can spot brown. Sometimes you can spot brown at the very end of your cycle. It could also be the birth control pill you are taking isn't the right one for you. Contact your physician if you are following the directions of the prescription and spotting mid cycle. i always skip placebo pills since they are only needed to remind you to the the pill at the same time every day. you get your period when you are supposed to start placebos. Brown spotting is a "period" and happens to me all the time.
Do you lose weight while on your period?
When you are on your period your body needs more calories to make up for what is lost (that being said most westerners tend to consume way more calories then what their body needs anyways). This is not a good time to think about weight loss. In a weekend state it is all to easy to catch viruses. This is a good time of the month to take it easy on yourself and ensure you are consuming enough calories to maintain a strong immunity.
How long does it take for your period to end when you start the birth control pill?
Your question is somewhat vague, but it sounds as if you might be having break-through bleeding from your pills, if it persists, contact your health care provider to see if you might need a different pill. However it is not uncommon to have some irregular bleeding when starting the pill ot may go away with time.
I don't know how long it will take you because every women is different and it depends on how long you were on birth control, but if it seems like it is taking a long time you should test. Birth control pills are 98-99% effective and that is only when you take them everyday at around the same time. If you miss days, they become less effective. I was on birth control pills and took them everyday at the same time and got pregnnt.
What could be wrong with you if your period lasted three months?
This could be due to your Uterus not shedding its lining, Miscarriage bleeding, due to birth control pills or caused by a hormonal imbalance. See your doctor asap.
Is something wrong with you if your period is slimy?
No that is pretty normal, u should was out your Yo Hoo if u want it to stop, thoroughly though
I had my period on the 1 now its the 12 is that normal?
Sorry but this question isn't very clear. . . If your period was due on the 1st then that is normal yes. If you are bleeding again on the 12th and you had your period on the 1st then this is normal if you have just started your periods within the last year. If you are on birth control, have irregular periods, are stress or worried about something then this will cause two periods in one month but see your doctor for a check up.
How soon after you stop taking birth control pills should your periods become regular?
A couple of months.
How late do you have to be for it to be considered a missed period?
A missed period means you miss a month in your cycle, so it's pretty easy to tell. A late period means that it comes later in your cycle than usual, depending on how regular you usually are. For example, if you ALWAYS start on a certain day like clockwork, it can be considered late even if only by two days. A late period is nothing to worry about unless it is also unusually short or spotty. If you are usually regular and you have been having unprotected sex a missed period can be one day. With my second pregnancy (18 years ago) I had a positive pregnancy test on the day my period was due. 3 years earlier I had to wait 2 weeks after my missed period before the test came up positive. Then a scan gave me a date 10 days after my EDD by LMP, so I guess I ovulated late that month.
You saw spotting on 18 day after your period it is in brown color does it means you are pregnant?
Most women ovulate 14 days BEFORE a period is due. If you mean you spotted 18 days after the END of your period this would be day 23 - 25 so it may be implantation bleeding, if 18 days after the START of your period it could be anything.
I dont know if that is a sign of pregnancy but that happened to me. My second period was lighter and did not last as long and two weeks later i found out i was pregnant. It could be implantation bleeding so I would wait two weeks and take a test.
Your probably just pregnant.
check what your eating and try to sit in a relaxing position
Yes, you could be pregnant since its been 2 months since your last period...the blood, etc. could be a miscarriage or you could have cysts on your ovaries...it could be a couple different things but you should get to an OBGYN asap.
answer
it could be Implanation bleeding or something wrong with your cycle see a doctor or take a pregnancy test or do both
kat
You could have a vaginal infection also. Consult your doctor right away and be brave, or assume your pregnant and don't do a thing, but I advise you do something about it. Get that bohiney off the couch and go see your doctor.
maybe you have implantation bleeding or maybe this can be stress-- you should either take a hpt or go to your doctor and ask for a blood test--sometime stress play major role in women's period and we confused it being pregnant and at the same time you can experience pms but at the same time you can be pregnant-butlike i said take a hpt or go to your doctor for a blood test a blood test is more accurate than a hpt..good luck
