If you take the urine screening a week later it may still be in your system and show up on the test, if you take the test 2 weeks later it STILL may show up on the test, if you take the test 3 weeks later it will probably not show up. But be aware that Methadone is a very long-acting opiate and it is stored deep in your muscles and tissue so it can take a while to clear out of your system even though you only took 10mg for 3 days. But it should be out in about a week or 2 depending on your metabolism.

Depending on the dosage, methadone can block the effects of opiates for up to 4-days. During this time, the methadone fills up the opiate receptors. When the receptors are filled with methadone, the opiates cannot stimulate the receptors, therefore blocking the effects of the opiates.

If you mean fentanyl, then yes you would get high but it is a lethal combination. Fentanyl is 100x stronger than morphine and usually used in cancer patients. I don't suggest mixing the two drugs.

It depends how many Mg of methadone you're on & how long you've been on it. You don't want to take suboxone for about 3 days from the start of the withdrawal symptoms. If you start the suboxone before then, it will make you sick.

I would have to say Yes you can take these together as my doctor at a pain management clinic just prescribed Lyrica 75mg 1 capsule 3 times day and Methadone 10mg 1tab 4times a day. However I would not recommend taking these without a physicians supervision.
