I would say at least 24 hours. The longer you can wait, the more (and better) you will feel. I just switched over from Suboxone to Methadone 2 months ago & didnt really "feel" the methadone for about 3 days. I waited roughly 24 hours between doses because of all the "horror stories" I have heard, and I didnt get sick at all.

Methadone and Suboxone are a strange thing when it comes to what to take first and vice versa. I was on 110milligrams of methadone and had to stop altogether without weaning because a broken down car. Nine days later I took 16mgs. of Suboxone at a new clinic and was deathly sick for two days. This is because methadone is a full opiate while Suboxone is a partial opiate. So if you take Suboxone and then Methadone, you will either feel the methadone or feel nothing(depending on your Suboxone dose) BUT if you take Methadone,especially for a long period of time, and then take Suboxone, God have mercy on you, it can throw you into AWS(Acute Withdrawal Syndrome) and its like a flu times 10 with insomnia

yeah it more that likely will calm them down a little but withdrawals are hard to deal with. I've gone through withdrawals from oxcycodone hcl 30 and mg methadone helped me with those withdrawals a lot and with my pain and it lasted twice as long as Oxycontin but the only thing is that methadone really messes with your head in the long run

Well, methadone is an extremely powerful narcotic pain killer. It's actually the first step in a gradual detox program from heroine. By a month, your body has already created receptors to replace the ones blocked by the opioids in the methadone. Withdrawals are going to be excruciating and miserable for upwards of 72 hours, and probably will fail. Best method of detox is to find a source of oxycodone or low-dose morphine, and then wean down to low-dose hydrocodone, and then drop the meds completely. Otherwise, strap yourself down in a detox clinic and ride out the few days. You'll feel like death until it's over with. There is no quick detox that can be done on your own, in all probability. First off, I have no clue why you would want to take methadone and suboxone together. They both do the same thing. The problem is that they are different synthetic opiates and act differently in your body. Suboxone has opiate-blocking properties so it would block out the methadone anyway and clog your opioid receptors. Taking both medications together is just pointless as both will make the other not work. Just stick with either one individually. But to answer your question, there is no drug that will help with the mixing of subuxone and methadone.

It's possible, but it wont be anything like it was before you started MMT. SWIM has been on 90 mg (methadone) for 7 months now, and still does at least 1 Opana 40 ER a night as of right now. When insufflated, SWIM notices that there are little to no euphoric properties, but intravenous injection is a whole different story. Yes you can, I talked to a pharmisist along with a nurse about the issue. It is safe and okay, although there are so many different substances in airborn they have not really checked what interactions thay may have on methadone. A nurse told me it was safe to take, along with a pharmisist so if there is interactions it is nothing large.

Then comes day three, severe muscle cramps, and restless leg syndrome, dry heaves, chills, hot spells, you will not sleep for about a month. You must force your self to eat and drink, everything you do hurts fore a long time.

Uhm, Im not sure I really understand your question and its context, but with what I have here my answer is of course NO. Methadone is a long-acting opiate used for pain management and for detoxing from other opiates. So of course it will not clean out your system because it is putting an opiate into your system. It also makes you very constitpated (as do many other opiates) so my guess is that it actually does the opposite of clean your system out.
