Can you teleport back to your house if your lost in minecraft?
There are a couple of ways in which you can teleport to your house on the PC edition.
- If you have cheats on, you can use the /tp command to teleport to the coordinates of your house or nearby coordinates of your house. the only problem of this is that you must know where your house is located in coordinates.
- Also if you have cheats enabled, you could give yourself 2 command blocks with the command /give
317. Then you could type the command /tp . The coordinates would still be your home's coordinates, so if you don't know them, this won't work either. - The last good idea I can think of is that hopefully you built your home near the spawn. If you did, you can use a compass to find your way back to the spawn point. Remember, all you need is 4 iron ingots and 1 redstone dust to craft a compass if you're without one.
- And finally, this isn't recommended, but if you don't have anything to valuable with you, you could just die. If you're in hardcore mode of course, don't do this. Either you'll end up next to your bed in your house or at the spawn point.
If you're on the Xbox 360 or Pocket editions, it shouldn't be that hard to find your house, as the worlds are not unlimited unlike the PC edition. But if you still can't find your house, you can use the compass idea, or just kill yourself.
