If you are talking about a webpage, then this happens becauuse the page is coded this way. It is, most likely, done by JavaScript. The code says when the moves pointer rolls over me send the viewer to a different page. The only way this can be stopped is by turning off JavaScript in the Tools->Internet Options menu. Open this and click on the "advanced" tab on the extreme right. There should be somewhere you can check "Disable JavaScript". If you can't do this, the best you can do is not rollover the link.

Well, first you need to do research on the forums or their website to see if it is white list.( They select you personally.) You need to get white listed or register to play that. If it is not white list, search for the server name.

If it's online then maybe they changed their address or ip number, or the bandwidth drained out from too many players, or there isn't a slot left. If it is offline, the owner is offline or shut it down, banned people, or restarted and is updating.
