Castrol Egde! Syntec isn't a true synthetic. True synthetics have something called paoi additives. Syntec does not have this. Edge on the other hand is a true synthetic. It has the paoi contents in the oil. Also Edge is the factory fill for exotic auto makers such as Aston Martin, and Bugatti. Syntec on the other hand has no such credentials. Edge also has the 15,000 mile/once a year drain itervals.(which I still don't recommend) Syntec has no drain interval garuntee. So your answer is Castrol Edge. Sometimes, it depends on how far along you are. I had a previous miscarriage and I was able to see the baby in the amniotic sac. My sister-in-law had a miscarriage, and she was able to see a very small perfect little baby. So, yes, it is possible to see the baby.l

Ans: Not necessarily, you didn't say how far along you were, but it could be implantation bleeding, irritated cervix (from intercourse, exam, etc) or could be old blood which was in place to protect the pregnancy in it's earliest stages, but the growing uterus expelled it. To describe what you can expect to see after miscarrying, will all depend upon the gestation of the baby. In other words, what you might see at just 3 months pregnant, and what you would see at 18 to 19 weeks pregnant is totally different. I "misscarried" at just under 20 weeks gestation, and I must be honest with you - I went through the entire labour. What I learnt was that the pain we get from contractions has little or nothing at all to do with the 'size' of the baby. Rather, when in full-labour (like I was at 19.5 weeks pregnant), the contraction-pain and length of time contracting in labour, was exactly the same as what it was for my other two children who were born full-term. Obviously the "pushing" part is much shorter and less intense, but again, depending on how far along you are; you can expect to see something different. Provera is perfectly safe for use during pregnancy. Doctors use Provera to help prevent miscarriage in early pregnancy and it is usually taken until 12 weeks gestation, when it is stopped because the placenta has formed and the placenta produces enough progesterone to maintain the pregnancy. Years ago, before they had the modern monoclonic pregnancy tests, they used Provera as a pregnancy test. If you did not bleed, you were pregnant. If you bled, you were not pregnant. Provera will cause you to get your period if you have missed your period due to hormonal imbalance. Provera will also stop your bleeding if you have some dysfunctional uterine bleeding (twice a day for five days). During pregnancy, Provera does not cause bleeding. Provera definitely does NOT cause a miscarriage and is definitely used during pregnancy, expecially if you have a low progesterone level.
