caffeine is bad for everyone, it's generally just a bad habit to start, and children even age 12 are more sensitive to caffeine. sleeplessness, irritability, or being jumpy could occur, not to mention if the coffee is being sweetened with sugar or creamers, it's just added calories that children don't need. even if the child is a normal weight, it's never a good idea for them to have daily doses of liquid calories and sugar.

Caffiene[sp] has been known to stunt growth. A 12 year old hasn't nearly finished growing so maybe switch them to decaffienated [sp].

Edit.... My daughter is nearly 17, 5'9" tall and weighs about 130lbs, she also has a modelling[sp] contract. She has been drinking coffe [sp] since she was 2 years old.

I know this is only one person, but I have never heard that coffee stunts your growth.

Bad oral hygiene, bad breath, stained teeth, hyperactivity, drowsiness...coffee is not healthy for anyone. Caffeine is not healthy for your heart. Gradually decrease the amount of caffeine until he/she is off of it.

Caffine [sp] has been shown to have some great health benefits. Many of the so-called health problems with caffeine are not backed by studies. Coffee has been shown to help with headaches, even migraines, athesma[sp] and brain function. It does not stunt growth, but it isn't a substitute for good nutrition. Moderation is the key in all things.

Especially if you have a neuro problem this can be bad for your. Coffee can give you bad breath and isn't good for your teeth. Try decaf or switch to tea.

There are no organized studies, peer reviewed studies or practical, blind or double-blind studies that have ever shown that any of the aforementioned claims have the slightest validity. Please, let's have some facts if we are going to answer an honest question.

Yes, there are women who have gotten pregnant within the first week of discontinuing that pill. That goes for any birth control.

no your not going to miscarry. Pregnancy symptoms on and off happen all the time. I'm three and a half months pregnant and sometimes I get sick sometimes i don't. your o.k.

when i was 3 months pregnant, i didnt feel pregnant anymore, but i didnt think much of it. the next day i went to the doctor and found out my baby wasnt alive.

The baby's heart stopped beating, so if you feel like you aren't pregnant anymore or you need to reassurance call your doctor or advise nurse. They will be good at either re assuring you or evaluating the situation and having you come in, it beats having to worry over it. good luck.

i"m a little over 3 months pregnant and had some spotting and i called my doctor but she said it should be fine. I hope I'm not losing the baby. you can't actually tell its a baby at months can you. i don't know if i'l be able to handle seeing that.

If your OB didn't find anything then that means that you either had a miscarriage or there wasn't anything there from the start.

if nothing at all was there then probably no miscarriage unless you had a chemical pregnancy. I had a miscarriage and the ultrasound showed small empty sack, but no baby. It is interesting to note that two or three weeks later i had another ultrasound because of unexplained bleeding and i very much pregnant, everything that should be there was there.

A lot of times when ultrasound shows just a sac a number of things can be the cause.It could be you're not as far gone as you thot or you're overweight with fat deposits around your mid or you have a tilted uterus. You see the doctor to find out if everything has come out or not. if it hasn't you need a D&C or you will get infections and can even end up sterile and with blood poisoning which can lead to death if you don't have them treated.
