You need to pray and have a direct communication and fellowship with God and ask him to lead you to where he wants you to be, and tell him that u allow his will to b done in your life and ask him if being a Missionary is what he wants you to do. If after that prayer somehow you hear of a new mission trip that a youth group is goin for and iz sumthing u are able to do it could be a sign so just look for things like that, usually if u start to have a passion for spreading the gospel that could b a heads up.

A missionary's purpose is to go into the world with the "mission" of sharing their faith and persuading others to join them in their faith. Often missionary work is accompanied by humanitarian work, such as caring for the sick (a medical missionary), teaching, running orphanages, etc. A Christian missionary's purpose can be found in the Bible in Mark 16:15 "And he (Jesus) said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature".
