The Space Shuttle Endeavor was finally launched yesterday, after five launch attempts were 'scrubbed' because of bad weather ... and that's on the coast of Florida ! Here's just one more: How many college-educated engineers and technicians are available in Nepal, and how many suitable candidates from Cape Canaveral or Baikonur do you think would be willing to move to Nepal with their families ? There is a lot of equipment involved in launching a rocket, not just the rocket itself but also all the supporting structures and controls.
