How do you convert 700 MB into GB?

In technical sense 1 GB equals 1024 MBs, But however the actual formatted capacity of a storage system being lesser than the actually specified we generally round down 1024 MBs to 1000MB(Mega Bytes). You can take the example of a 2GB pendrive in which you get a storage of 1.76 GB instead of the 2GB size mentioned.

Can you get a virus on a CD?

I think you mean DVD. There is no way to load a virus onto a CD. The virus must be safely downloaded, perhaps in a zip. file and then burned onto the DVD. The victim must then install the program.

How can I fix my Sylvania Mp3 player?

Well what is wrong with it?

Edit: If you are refering to the sound issues that the sylvania smp2012 Mp3 players have, the problem is caused by the headphones.

The connectors in the headphone jack of this model are very weak, and if you are not using the headphones that came with the player, sometimes the connectors can get bent slightly out of place, causing sound distortion, with loss of certain parts of the song (usually you lose the vocals and some of the instruments. It seems to only affect certain frequencies.) and distant sounding music (i.e. the music sounds like it's coming from the other end of a tunnel).

Some headphones cause this problem and others do not.

I recommend just returning the player to the store for a refund, or exchanging it for another model.

If you want to fix it yourself, the only way to do so is to take the entire player apart and re-adjust the connectors, pushing them back in towards the headphone jack.

However, if you don't know what you are doing, you can easily damage your mp3 player, so I recommend against doing this unless you have experience with electronics or you just don't care if it gets broken beyond repair. ALso, doing so voids any and all warrenties and return policies. I only did this because I can't return it (I lost the case it came in and the reciept).

Here are the steps if you do decide to fix it...

First, you turn of the power (don't want to get electricuted, right?). Also, pay attention to the position of the spring in the clip of the player. You will need to know how it goes to put it back together.

Second, you unscrew the screw on the left side behind the USB jack. Take this completely out (watch out because the clip will come undone and the spring will probably pop lose and fly off somewhere. To prevent this, hold the clip down as you take out the screw).

Then, you need to CAREFULLY pry lose the white side of the player from the metal casing. This will cause the buttons to pop lose, and after you take those off, you can slide the rest of the player from it's casing.

Once the device is free from it's case, look at the headphone jack. There should be little gold pieces of metal on several sides of the headphone jack. Gently push each one of these inward towards the jack. It should not take much force, because they are (like I said) weak and flimsy. I do not know which one casues the problem, but then again it could be all three.

Lastly, you just need to put it back together. Technically the player will play without the case on, but it is dangerous and you could get electricuted. So, slide the player back into it's case, and then test to see if it works. You might need to go back and adjust the connectors again.

Once the player is working again, put the clip back in place (you payed attention to how the spring goes, right?), and screw the screw bcak into place.

Also, don't use the same headphones as before (inless you don't mind fixing your player again and again). The player won't be perfect (my is still finicky about the sound), and it could break again, but now you can fix it if it does.

How many songs in 8 GB?

When i used to sell ipods we said 250 songs per GB so i would say 2000. However, this could be more or less as this is based on songs with an average of 4mb. This is just a general rule because if you listen to songs which are generally short, like punk, you could fit alot more and vice versa if you listen to longer classical style songs you would fit less.

How much does a iPod cost in Canada?

What is a video cassette player?

If you wanted to record video in the late 1960's and early 1970's you would have had to do it using a huge reel to reel recording machine. These machines were very expensive and difficult to operate and really only used in film recording studios.

Then in the 1970's, video cassette players were invented. These smaller, lighter and more cost effective devices allowed home users to record video from their TV or cameras. Initially two competing technologies were available, called Betamax invented by Sony and the other called VHS (The video home system) by JVC.

By the early 1980's the laser disc was invented and eventually led to the DVD and blueray optical video storage systems we know today which surplanted the video cassette recorder.

What does bi amp able mean?

Bi-Amping is the technique in which you split a signal source with a crossover, and then each resulting signal path is amplified separately and then sent to the speaker enclosures. Most commonly used in Live Sound reinforcement and Hi-Fi monitoring systems, this allows each signal to be independently amplified for each speaker. Tri-Amping is splitting the signal into three signal paths, usually with a crossover, one signal is processed and sent to the Tweeter, another to the mid-range, and one to the woofer.

Can you use an MP3 while charging?

It really depends. Some can, some can't. Some will charge with a USB or other type of wall charger while playing music through the aux. Then there are the ones that won't do it at all and get completely confused because it is looking for the PC connection when using a USB connect. Try Zen Stone Plus. Ipods charge and play also.

What is the use of magnet in speakers?

Principle is electromagmnetism. When a conductor cuts magnetic field electricity is induced in the conductor (Fixed magnet). When a magnet is moved near a conductor electricity is generated in the conductor (Fixed conductor).

In speakers magnet is fixed and the conductor (in the form of a coil is fixed to the back of the diaphragm) is allowed to move freely. As the coil is fixed to the diaphragm the movements of the coil is reciprocated by the movements of the diaphragm.

Our voice induces varying current in the microphone and the same varying current is passed through the coil of the speaker hence it moves in the static magnetic field.
