Major functions of the muscular system?

producing motion , providing stabilization , providing heat :)

Does anger increase strength?

Sometimes people think it does, but no, not really. You're just, well, angry.

^ this is incomplete.

Your brain is the only thing restricting your body from surpassing the limit that your muscles can handle.

With enough anger, this limit just completely shuts off. While this doesn't make you physically stronger, it allows your body to attempt to surpass your physical limit.

For example, if you can barely lift a car right now, with sufficient anger you will be able to lift a car for a couple of seconds before your muscles are completely destroyed.

So to summarize, anger will figuratively increase your strength (though it is not a good thing)

How do you pop your upper back?

It's a lot like popping your knuckles... But because of the way you have to have someone "stand" on your back (see Japanese demontrations... or a chiropracter) it takes a lot of weight concentrated over the spine to "Pop" the facet joints like you "pop" your knuckles... the "popping" sound is actually a small bubble of nitrogen being "pulled" into the (vacuum) space by the torsion of slightly opening the joint. It's reported that this can damage the joints, but the review of the medical literature bebunks this myth... Ever been to a Chiropracter? They do this for a living, and charge a pretty penny for their treatments!! I must admit I did it when I was younger, and must admit it does feel good for a while afterward...

Tendons help you move these?

Muscles are attached to bones by way of tendons so tendons help you move your bones (body).

How can you decrease your quadriceps muscles in your thighs?

Over time, with decreased use, all muscles will decrease in size. Meanwhile, if you are overweight, monitor your diet closely and try to lose a few pounds. If your quads are big, don't use those stairmaster machines, they will only make them bigger. Also, try to avoid running. Brisk walking is better. You can ride a bike, but don't use those 'recumbant' stationary bikes in the gym. Also, don't do exercises like squats, or leg extensions. I have the same problem, and a personal trainer gave me this advice. Most of all, be patient. It's not gonna happen overnight. Hope this helps!
