NO THEY ARE NOT.
MCR is an alternitive rock band,
but their genre varies from their albums,
going from post hardcore to pop punk or pop rock.
Nobody knows yet.
But from the last song they sang by MCR, it might be 'Sing'.
Their first album was 'I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought me your love' their second album was 'Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge' then their third album is 'black parade' They are coming out with new music later on in the future for now, you can buy The Black Parade is Dead which is a CD/DVD of MCR performing live and also Live On The Murder Scene is also a DVD of them with their album Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge.
Gerard Way's father is Donald James Way.
He is also Mikey Way's father too, Gerard's younger brother.

Helena can be pronounced:

I don't think he was going to leave
Mikey got married to his wife Alicia Simmons and took a break from the band to spend more time with her
He also was absent during the Black Parade tour for a short period of time due to depression but is now fine and full time in the band :)
I doubt he will be leaving the band at all now
They've never publicly released that information, saying they dont do it for the money. It's all for the fans.
My Chemical Romance (MCR or My Chemi as their better known) formed in 2001 just after 9/11. Gerard realized that he should really do something with his life so he wrote Skylines & Turnstiles then formed My Chemical Romance.
The name My Chemical Romance was Mikey Way's (The Bassist for MCR and Gerard way's brother.) idea. It came from an Irvine Welsh novel Ecstasy: Three Tales of Chemical Romance. The band just changed it to My Chemical Romance.
I know… I'm really sad for knowing all this…
in "life on the murder scene"
which you can watch on youtube under "LOTMS".
he said that he was indeed once suicidal.
because of his depression/perscription drug abuse/ and alchoholism.
No, He's actually pretty scared of needles.
He doesn't have any tattoos or piercings..
I'd say he doesn't have any tattoos, but if you watch one of the videos of MCR live in Valencia, you MIGHT see there's a tattoo inside his arm. Anywho, I REALLY hope he doesn't get one EVER .
Hope it helped :)
i read somewhere that he had a cat named Bunny
Mikey said he has two cats called Bunny and Snowball, and one dog called Piglet. You can find their pictures form his wife's twitter. (https://twitter.com/#!/aliciaway) :)
there would be somewhere maybe like i tunes the song name is im not okay i promise
This song is in response to the state of mind youth is in during their teenage years. It is also about the Columbine school shootings, if not that one specifically, school shootings in general. "What you got under your shirt..." referring to a gun. Many people think that My Chem is saying that teenagers scare them, but they clearly say "They say Teenagers scare..." They,...
I hope that clears it up a bit.
It's My Chemical Romance. And they did have a new piano member, James Dewee, from 2007-2008. And they are not piano. They are alternative rock, but may also be classified slightly as pop-rock, but not like Jonas pop-rock. "Pop-rock" as in how Gerard Way, lead singer says, "violent, dangerous pop."
Your Chemical Romance?
If you mean 'My Chemical Romance', their support acts for the UK shows are The Blackout and LostAlone. The Architects and Neon Trees are joining them from March 21st to April 23rd for the North America tour. From May 5th to May 11th, The Architects and Thursday will be joining them. And from May 17th to May 29th, the tour will go on with The Architects and Circa Survive supporting them. :D
That's from Wikipedia. ^_^
I believe you mean My Chemical Romance's "Na Na Na" music video.
The car that is being used is a trans-am.
- First, My chemical romance, not your chemical romance. second, no, they're too fawsome to be emo
- Stop treating emo as if it was a bad thing. That's stupid. Emo is a genre of music, a lifestyle (which doesn't include suicide and depression) and a style of fashion. My Chemical Romance is not emo. However, scene kids and major record labels keep labelling them emo because of their emotional lyrics and hardcore-inspired songs. They're REALLY popular among emos too, and that makes people think that they are part of the emo genre.
The music video is about Gerard and Mikey's grandmother, Elena. She was very close to Gerard. She taught him to sing, perform, paint, draw dance, and act. The two of them wanted to pay tribute to her.
Right now, My Chemical Romance is on a break. They want some free time, because they have been touring non-stop. They said that the break may be 1-2 years. They will probably go back on tour after their next album. To know whats going on with MCR, go to mychemicalromance.com

15; he said in an interview that a girl just got on him & kkissed him (in a car, i believe he said)
PAnsy was one of his Nicknames and has said to be the reason why. he could of just liked the name!
It tells the story of a character name 'the patient' and his journey of love, death and memoriesthat's true, it also is about 'the patient' finally moving onto death, and his transition to that place is 'a parade' because that is his best memory as a child (going to see a marching band with his father). In the "Welcome to the Black Parade" video you can see that transition, and the band is the parade.
