This question calls for an 'opinion' and should be answered as such.
S.A.S.Well, it's not exactly an opinion but the S.A.S tend to do better in training exercises according to NATO. Navy SealsI would have to say the Navy Seals because after all they are the masters of water, land, and air. SAS are overrated. What is the world's most powerful rocket propelled grenade launcher?
The Milkor M32 MGL could be considered the most powerful handheld grenade launcher.
The United States developed the most powerful grenade launcher in history in the late 1950's as part of the program that was engineering the Davy Crockett Weapon System (the M-28 or M-29 and M-388 selectable yield nuclear projectile--nominal yield of .001 to .002 kilotons). The Davy Crockett was euphemistically called the Nuclear Hand Grenade, but weighing in at over 51 pounds each, was hardly manageable by one person. A three man crew was needed for firing the M-388 in either of its configurations. The M-28 was a 102mm, tripod mounted, crew transportable, recoiless rifle with a 2 km range. The M-29 was a 155mm launcher mounted on a tripod or vehicle with a range of 4 km.
Production began in 1956 and 2,100 weapons systems were produced. The weapon was tested twice at the Nevada Nuclear Test Site. On 7 July 1962 a static test of the M-388 wast conducted with the device suspended at three feet. On 17 July (with then US Attorney General Robert Kennedy watching), the M-28 fired a round 1.7 miles for detonation. These were the last above ground nuclear tests conducted by the US. Troops also trained with M-101 Spotter Rounds (non-nuclear) at the Pohakuloa Training Area in Hawaii.
Units were deployed with Davy Crockett systems from 1961 to 1971 (only until 1967 in West Germany). The only remaining examples of this weapons system in existence are in the following museums.
Are the US Navy SEALs better than the Army?
The US Army has its own special forces units. In all cases, the units are extremely well trained for the missions that they are designed to accomplish. They are not expected to be able to do the same things, so it would not make sense to try and compare the two types of units.
How do you reduce the trigger pull on model 60?
"go to DIP and buy a target trigger for around $30"
I take it from that statement you don't own the DIP trigger. I do, it's been on my 60 for over a year, it does not reduce trigger pull. It's a great rigger, I like the straight profile over the curved Marlin trigger and the adjustment for trigger pre-travel, but it doesn't reduce trigger pull. This has been confirmed by several DIP trigger owners and my Lymann digital trigger pull gauge.
There is no simple fix for reducing trigger pull on a Marlin semi-auto. The action has to be taken apart and have parts replaced or modified to reduce pull weight.
For anyone really interested in reducing pull on the Marlin 60, 795 or other variant of the Marlin semi-auto, you should log on to Rimfire Central forums and read the information provided in the stickies of the Marlin sub-forums.

No, there is no public list of all current\former Navy SEALs. Their names are not classified as previously stated, it's just not all public.

Are army green beret better than navy seals?
Are you serious? Marines vs Green Beret even if you said marine recon that would still be a silly question. Now in todays military the marines have there own special forces program that is mirrored after the green berets because the marines where loosing there best men to the seals so they started there own program. but, it is new and still in the working out the kinks stage but, in a decade we can compare but, they are still to young to put it in a sf, seal, delta category.
Why is the special forces beret green?
Around WW2, select US Army Rangers and OSS operatives were taken over to the UK to complete the British commando course. Upon completion, they were issued the green beret. After the war, these soldiers then went on to become the first members of the newly formed Army Special Forces. They kept the British green berets as a sign of pride, but they were not sanctioned for wear by the Army. President Kennedy saw an exhibition by them and was very impressed, officially authorizing the beret to wear by US Special Forces only. The Army then took a Canadian beret design and created new US Army green berets for the Special Forces soldiers. There's more information on this on the US Army Special Forces Wikipedia page.
