For the Brain Tree's quests, you cannot find a database for the answers or ask others for them, since no one will know. The Brain Tree randomly generates a question for you, so you must find it on your own.

To find the answer, you must complete two of the Esophagor's quests. You can find him in the Haunted Woods, nearby the Brain Tree. The Esophagor's quests can be either extremely cheap, or extremely expensive. If they are more than a few thousand neopoints, they generally are not worth completing because you will be paying for more than you recieve. Once you complete a quest from Esophagor, he will give you one of the two answers, like when the dead person had died. With another quest, he will give you the second answer, where. After you have two answers, give them to the Brain Tree within his time limit and he will reward you. Usually the quest isn't worth the trouble, while other times he can reward you with very expensive and rare items, or even with a shiny new trophy.

I'm pretty sure your account can be any age to trade basic neopets but to trade painted or limited edition pets you have to have an account at least four months old or older.

There is Tarla Alerts, which, if you download the Neopets toolbar you can get them instantly. But nice users post the links on the Avatar Chat on the neoboards. Adding: Neopets does not allow music on their site at all, even in another format.

extremely RARE random events, or just go to one of the many adoption agencies and adopt a poor veggy or fruit chia. The most expensive and difficult way is by trading items or nps for them at the trading post. You will usually see only 1 or 2 magical chia pops for trade because they are SO rare. Another very hard way to get it is by repeatedly zapping your neopet by the lab ray until it turns to your desired color. But this is not a very good way as the chances are less than 1 percent. So if you REALLY want a fruit or veggy chia, why not send a application form to an owner willing to put his/her chia up for adoption?

Not really because you can buy the items she gives you from the Shop Wizard but if you want to be the Illusens Glade Champion and get the medal then it probably would be worth it.

CSS does not add banners. It can format graphics that are content defined within a webpage. Banners can also be done with JavaScript, especially if they are rotating there existence on the page, ie one replacing another without interaction or with it.

It all depends on the deed you did. If it was a brave deed for a fairy, then probably wings, gold or silver brush or something that particular fairy gives out. If it is just a normal neopet then its up to them. Most of the time it is a shield or neopoints.

I made the same mistake you did. The reason you can't is because you must first get all the pieces to the secret laboratory map ( for normal pets ) before you can access the petpet lab. Sorry.

When you click on your Np which leads you to your inventory, under the control bar where it says Community, there are some links that say Neopia Central, Bazaar, Plaza, etc. You will find Safety Deposit Box somewhere there.
