You go to 'explore Neopia' and then you go to faerie land. Under 'poogle races' is the 'fountain faerie'. =) While you search Faerie Land then somewhere you can find the Fountain Faerie. While I was looking everywhere for her, SHE FINALLY GAVE ME A QUEST !!!!!! I did the quest and I got 1,000,000 NP and 1,000,000 NC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This must be a Brain Tree quest. Do the Esophagor quest 2 times (first time gives you when and second where the neopet died). Do the quest after you have accepted the Brain Tree quest. That should give you the answer. All of the neopets the Brain Tree asks about are all in his head.

Most of the neopets shops are restocked with new items every 5-10 minutes or so. But draik eggs disappear in what I heard less than 2 seconds so your computer should have fast internet connection.

The only thing I can think of is getting a super lucky random event. Otherwise you'll have to stick with playing lots of games. If you earn enough points each game, you can get 1000 neopoints three times a day from one game
